If any of you out there know anything about anatomy, I'm not sure I got mine right in this picture.
*I know she's leaning to the right* It's the boobs and torso length that bother me :/
You can ignore her head and the little notes around her, they're just descriptions. She's an OC of one of my friend's, and I just needed to write stuff down so I wouldn't have to explain it in words and later forget D;

Bewbs should be higher. I can't explain this well, but here's a guide a friend found. xD Yeah.I'll give you a red-line tracing of this. Please excuse the crappy Paint job, because I don't have a tablet and my hand is very unsteady with the mouse. :'D The hips should be the same width as the shoulders for females. Her shoulders are a bit too low, so consider raising them to the level were the base of her neck is. Also, she seems to have a really long torso. Her arms are very thin and a bit too long. The wrists start at the very top of the legs, and I might've made her thighs too long in the red-line thing. So yeah, her knees should be a little higher. Anyway, here ya go.

I figured her torso was a bit long, but I honestly have no idea ><
I'll fix her later and post the revised picture

Jin pretty much has the critiquing covered. ^^;
Except, uhm, shading... And clothing. >>;
Unless the character has good deal of crinoline or some other petticoat material or a mini hoop like old fashioned skirts hidden under her skirt... Gravity dictates that it really shouldn't hang like that from her waist, especially not when it's so short and pulled close to the waist by the obi belt thing as it is.
The sleeves also seem to be hanging a bit odd for my tastes, but I'm not sure what position her hands are in under them, so it really could be natural.
Also, creasing~
Skirts like that are usually either pleated or have some lines to accentuate the way in which they're hanging (Unless, of course, she has a ton of crinoline hidden under that skirt).
And, the shading, I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess you're not so much caring for shading here so much as making sure to accentuate where different tones in the clothing are.
In which case, you're perfectly fine.
If not, however, that dark area near the top of her boots would presumably be a shadow, and would be near impossible without, like, floor lighting shining upward.
ANYway.
I hope I didn't sound too mean, that's definitely not what I was going for.
Just trying to be helpful. ^^;
