I am Firmware Rev-230, administrative chairmen of MNU, and as an allied group we must make sure that the same goal is reached on both factions side, we must avoid conflict with other groups and ensure strategic victory without resorting to integrated violence. With this being said, we must form a security force, in order to cut down on entirely refreshed populations of incoming newbie's to our common territory, this cannot be allowed, i vote that we be given emergency power to create this sanctioned unit called Rapture.
