Locations
Cannaire Village
(Can - Air)
A quaint little village located on the coast of Siohchan. Not extremely populated, the community is very tight-knit (everyone knows each other). Located next to the Ahmeyed Forest and Lake Ailannes.
There are two halves of the village; the residences, which are closer to the Ahmeyed Forest and Lake Ailannes. The other half are the docks at the coast. There's many little shops on the boardwalks, but they aren't visited too often, the exceptions being on holidays.
While they are small and seemingly quiet, when you become a part of the village you'll find that it's a very lively place. Gatherings are constantly being held, people are always chit-chattering away- overall, it's a pretty fun place to live.
Lake Ailannes
(Ay - Lahn)
Large body of water located near Cannaire Village, Ceceal, and the Ahmeyed Forest. Very big when it comes to drinking water. The lake is pure and clean, hardly tainted. It's good for fishing, as well, which is the main source of income for quite a few villagers in Cannaire. The fish market, though, is a good thing to get into in Pasaid, and the best place to get your stock is from Lake Ailannes.
A few preferred hang out spots are by the shoreline, and on the various tiny islands scattered in the lake. You have to swim to get to them, though.
Rumor has it that there's an ancient kingdom hidden underneath the waters of Lake Ailannes. This Kingdom, though, has yet to be discovered.
Ahmeyed Forest
(Ah - Meyed)
A densely-wooded forest with many secrets behind it. It's easy to get lost if you don't follow the paths. In the heart of the forest lies an ancient temple fallen to ruin. What the temple was for, we've yet to find out.
Kaell Grotto
(Kay - Ull)
Smallest island in Siohchan. Literally just a cave, but a beautiful one. The water is mysteriously illuminated with an unnatural blue hue.
Ceceal Village
(Say - Seal)
The village across the lake to Cannaire. It's more populated than Cannaire, but not very close-knit, making it a rather quiet place to live. It's nice for a reserved lifestyle in solitude, but not very good if you're the social type.
Reuben Port
(Roo - Ben)
Largest Port in Siohchan- it is also the capital. It's located at the very tip of it, and is closest to the islands. Very busy place for travelers, and a nice place to live if you're into the constant buzz of life in a city. You definitely won't be bored when living here.
Not many people living in Siohchan actually come to Reuben Port to visit, though, mainly because of the trek across the D'aonne plains.
D'aonne Plains
(Da - Ohn)
Large expanse of land between the Ahmeyed Forest/Cannaire and Reuben Port. Mostly flat land, with very few hills and scattered plant life. The few dwellings and shops that are in D'aonne are placed completely at random throughout the entire plains. It's not a place recommended for living in, unless you're completely self-sufficient and are capable of living on your own in the middle of nowhere.
