if i remember right, not all wore aurmor. is it nessesary we have aurmor?

Well, there loads of different types of armors that you can have. For example, Drive Armor (although its not used in Birth By Sleep) is acquired if you receive a special Drive, like Ghost Drive or Diamond Dust.
