We the people of the Avatar of The Month guild, in order to form a more perfect guild, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility and other crap.

Article I - The Members

Section I - Members
All unbanned members shall be treated the same with equal privileges. No member will be restricted from anything if they are not banned.

Section II - Crew
Crew have the right to delete any posts except Stickys and Announcements without authorization unless the creator of the post is the crew member who is deleting it. Crew members have all the rights other crew members have.

Section III - Vice Capitan
Vice captains have rights as all other vice captains do. Vice captains can do what captains do but they do not have the rights. Vice captains can not change ownership without permission from the captain.

Section IV - Captain
Captains have full control over the guild. They can sell it, change anything in it, and all other stuff. Through member power members have the power to stop a captain from doing some things.


Article II - Member Power

Section I - Voting Power
All members of the Avatar of The Month guild(including crew, vice captains, and captain) are allowed to vote. They can vote once with only one account per person. No mule accounts are allowed to vote in any contests.

Section II - Banning Power
Members do not have the option to ban other members and crew and vice captains should not do it without authorization but complaints from a members saying someone is breaking the ToS of Gaia Online will lead to investigation from the captain. Captain will watch behavior of the member being reported in the guild and will be banned from the guild if is found guilty of breaking the ToS of Gaia Online. People banned will only be banned from the guild and if make a good defense will be let in. Banned users will not be banned from Gaia Online.

Section III - Freedom of Speech(Posting Power)
All members have an option to post whatever they want where they want as long it is not in the wrong place(such as a post called "hfksdhfkadhl" in the "-AOTM Trophies & Achievements-" forums). Therefore anyone can post anywhere as long as its the right place.


Article III - Membership and Rules

Section I - Membership
All people who join are members. Crew and Vice Captains are qualified as members. Members have full rights to the guild to their restrictions. Members have access to their full rights but with the restriction of rules.

Section II - Rules
Rules are simple, These are the rules:
1. You can only enter contests once with one account
2. You can't use TekTeks in the contests.
3. You can't use mule accounts for contests.

Article IV - Contests and Prizes

Section I - Contests
Main contests start every month. People enter the contest by posting their avatar there. Then after the half of the month is over or 10 avatars(or really close) are entered the second part of the contest starts. That is the voting part. In the voting part people vote with one account only. After that the winner of the contest gets sent their reward and gets posted in the hall of fame(http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewforum.php?f=797165) and there reward will be sent to them in a trade.

Section II - Prizes
Prizes shall be rewarded equally each month. After the date of this post(Friday, December 03, 2010) every winner of the avatar of the month guild shall receive over 15K as winning cash, mostly more.
