It's cute! I quite like her expression.Perhaps you could add some shading and tones? I think it would make her 'stand out' a little more.
And if I were to be really picky, I'd say the arms need a little more shape, if you know what I mean.
But I think it's really nice. c:

some wrinkling on the clouthes will help you a bit to :3 other than that its a cute drawing good job and dont stop practicing X3

The expression is great but I guess I have to repeat what others have said.
The arms are slightly stick-like and I wish that there was more texture and shading to her and the clothing,
HOWEVER, I do love the clothing and colors - you're choices makes it quirky, bright and cheery which I absolutely love.
Keep up the good work!
