 Daniel walked into his house, the warmth from his house washing out over him causing him to sigh happily as he walked into and turned back to wait for Lily to catch up to him.

 Lilian had started flying about half of the way to Daniel's house. She landed a few feet in front of the front door a few moments after he'd arrived. Once she'd stepped inside, she could feel an instant difference in temperature change. Lilian's eyes moved about the inside of the house, or at least, the part of the house that they were in. She stretched, and some of her feathers moved as if they were stretching as well, taking in the warmth of the house. "This place is very warm and cozy." She commented, thinking out loud.

Daniel smiled slightly and nodded a little bit. "Well I don't like anything cold so i try and keep it really warm in here, seeing as that I'm a fire elemental. I don't even like water but I enjoy the water here cause it's hot enough that it doesn't set on my body long before it becomes steam." He smiled slightly as he closed the door behind her so that the heat would build up once more and headed in through the house. "Shall we begin your grand tour?"

Lilian smiled for the first time since she'd met him. "I don't like water either, not matter what it always seems so freezing." She gave a light nod when he asked about the tour and waited for him to lead the way. She held her arms behind her as she looked around some more, which unintentionally gave her an innocent appearance.

Daniel smiled and began to lead the way, showing her each of the different rooms one by one and waiting at each one in case she had questions to ask. After he lead the way upstairs, he stopped in front of a big wooden double door. "This is my room, under no circumstances are you to enter this room unless I take you in there myself. If I catch you in there at any other time, then don't expect it to be fun." He smiled in a way that said she would be fine but that he was serious.

Lilian followed him through everywhere, asking a few small questions here and there. She nodded, showing she understood, but had a question so she asked what was on her mind. "Okay, buy may I ask why I am only allowed in when you take me in?" Lilian wondered how he was when he got angry, but decided she didn't want to find out. At the same time, she also wondered what was in there aside from the normal items peoples' rooms' always had.

Daniel looked at her for a few moments before smiling. "There are things in there that I would rather like that you don't get into." He left it at that and headed on, pointing out that he had a few rooms that she could use, each of them well heated. After he reached the end of the hall he smiled as he turned around and held out his arms. "And that is my place, other than my bedroom, your free to use it how you like, but just don't go breaking anything."

Lilian nodded and said, "Understood." She looked around in some of the other rooms, rather liking the heat coming from them. "Very nice, and I'll try not to break anything. Thank you for the tour." A thought came to her mind and she asked, "Will there be any tasks I will have to complete every so often?"

Daniel thought for a few moments and then thought. "Well cleaning and cooking from time to time I suppose, but not that often cause I like to do somethings as well. There might be other things that come up as time passes, but we will deal with those when they come up." He walked up to Lily and was going to go past her but stopped and went into his trance like state again, his finger brushing against her cheek gently as he stared at her.

"That's fair enough." Lilian said, having expected something along those lines. She looked up at him, taking the stare as a sort of gentle embrace. 'It's just like before.' She thought, moving one hand up to her collar, recalling the same thing happening at the slave shop. 'He's in a trance again... Should I try to get him out of it?' Lilian asked herself, unsure of what to do. She decided to try and ease him out of the trance. She lifted the hand that she had placed on her collar, up to his finger that was brushing her cheek. Her hand was naturally warm, and his finger felt cold to her, perhaps because she was made from fire itself. Lilian held her hand over his finger, wondering if her being warm would get him out, or if it would cause the opposite effect.

Daniel continued to stare at her for a few moments then blinked a few times and shook his head. "I did it again?" He sighed as he put a hand over his head and chuckled slightly. "If I do it again, just pinch me." He smiled and pat her on the head, walking past her and just shaking his head, wishing that he had some more self control over his trance like state for the love of things that involved fire. He walked down the stairs and headed to the pool area, where the water seemed to be lightly bubbling and sat down staring out at the water for a few moments.

Lilian raised her eyebrows, but nodded. 'That trance thing is a little creepy...' She thought watching him go and continued to think, '...but I guess there are things plenty worse than that.' She walked past some of the rooms, trying to find something to do. An idea came to her mind, and she fluttered her wings a little, moving down to go to the kitchen. Lilian took out several items and food ingrediants. 'Oh yeah, humans can't cook with feathers sticking out of their hands...if they have feathers.' The light feathers on her hands pulled back, as if they were retractable, and only light skin of her arms showed. She began to mix stuff and prepare to make something she thought would be a nice idea to make for a special-ish day.

Daniel headed out to the garden and started blasting fire around, doing his usual practice motions that helped him control his emotions that he had learned from his sensei. Eventually he finished by blasting fire down at the ground so that it pooled around him as if he were standing on a platform of fire.

Lilian stopped what she was doing, and sniffed the air. "Hm...something's burning... Oh well." She was making a sort of cake. When it was ready to be baked, she looked from the batter to the stove. 'Oh, right...humans use these things to warm stuff?' She placed it on the stove, a confused look on her face. She turned it on and flames shot out. She could feel the heat of the flames, which also seemed cool to her, for being a fire's heat. 'This will take forever....' Lilian waited for about a moment, and turned the weak flames off. She looked around the kitchen, and turned back to the unbaked cake. She grunted lightly, and closed her eyes. She breathed out fire and the cake baked quickly, getting done in moments. She had had to control her flames so she hadn't burned it. She let out a giggle and picked up the cake, while it was still too hot for a normal human to touch. "Well that was easy!"[[Out of character: XD I'm no cook or anything, considering I've burned ramen... sweatdrop So yeah, bear with me on cooking stuff lol...]]
