This is a large city that is full of people some rich and some poor it is ruled by Siege Minake and he hardly ever stays here but he always knows what happens he has a large army of specially trained soldiers under his command they are assassain soldiers they know every form of martial arts and are skilled with every weapons and any kind of combat, the people that leave here both fear and respect Siege so they do whatever he says.

Siege walked into his city and someone saw him and cheered and soon crowds gathered in the streets to see him because seeing their leader was a rare sight and they all cheered and he continued to his castle as the giant gates closed and everybody watched him walk off and then they returned to doing what they were doing before he arrived and Siege sat in his castle watching over his city through a giant window in the tallest tower.

Siege walked around the town he was wondering when all the other assassains would get here.

Kazuyuki appeared next to siege and tried to scare him,"BOO!!!" She laughed and played around with her yo-yo,"whats up dude."
