Okay so recently, I have been deleting a few posts, (Mainly from tf2 cosplayer) because they cannot find a way to go into the story. Let me give a few examples:
First, for made up characters. I have introduced Hunt into Blood Harvest recently, and a very stylistic way. At first he seems unknown, and then slowly the group realises who he is.
Next, Cosplay characters. FIRINMAHLAZAH Is a good example, in the campaign Blood Harvest. He did randomly pop in out of nowhere, yet he made it follow through.
So if you do plan to just pop in, I ask of you, please dont make it random. Have a back story with it. Take time to write your first post. Make a good impression!

A big thing to help would be naming the Sniper, a name goes a long way.
also, as Erekyn said, make a good oping post, your "a sniper is seen in the distances killing zombies" or " a charger has a survive in its arm" isn’t very telling in where they are or how they got there
