Shin is walking around the field with his left hand resting on one of his zanpaktous watching every shinigami that is training as he walks and inspects their stance and style. Shin walks up to a young shinigami and senses over him.
No no no you got to bend your knees and focus your spiritual pressure in to your palms or you will get no where.
After shin says that he pushes the shinigami aside and bends his knees and takes a breath in and punches the dummy with a open palm punch with his left hand blowing the dummy apart and breaking the ground around him. He then stands up straight towering over the young shinigami and smiles.

Shin taps the shinigami on the shoulder and walks away.
