Greeting, my fellow duelists! I'm Wizard Jason de Floris, and I am in charge of this here factory for new cards along with confirmation of your created cards. cheese_whine
Here, you can post up the cards that your made-up deck or cards will be processed and all data will be sent to the president herself for approval. Once they have been confirmed, you are set of all duels ahead of you!

The President is grateful enough to share her created cards for us as an example for you, our precious duelists! Here they are:
Bloom of the Rose Type: Magic Card Effect: Send one level 4 Spellcaster to special summon "Rose Magician" to the field. Your Opponent must skip their battle phase when this card is activated.
Rose Magician Atk/2600 Def/2150 Lvl:7 Type/Attribute: Dark/Spellcaster/Effect Effect: When this monster is special summoned using "Bloom of the Rose," you can do one of the following effects: 1. Special summon a lvl 6-7 Spellcaster without paying tribute at the cost of your next draw phase. 2. Send all your Opponent's active Traps to the graveyard.
Celestial Soul Atk/1200 Def/ 800 Lvl:2 Type/Attribute: Tuner(Spirit)/Light/Effect Effect: This monster cannot be used for any other Synchro Summoning, excluding "Blue-Eyes Celestial Dragon." When successfully used in Synchro Summon, take half of "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" original attack points and inflict damage to your Opponent.
Black Hole Spirit Atk/1350 Def/700 Lvl:3 Type/Attribute: Tuner(Spirit)/Dark/Effect Effect: This monster cannot be used for any other Synchro Summoning, excluding "Red-Eyes Black Hole Dragon." When successfully used in Synchro Summon, add half of "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" original defense point to your LP.
Blue-Eyes Celestial Dragon Atk/3500 Def/2800 Lvl:10 Type/Attribute: Synchro/Light/Dragon/Effect Effect: This monster cannot be destroyed on the first turn it is on the field. Pay 1500 LP to destroy all your Opponent's cards on the field, but must skip your battle phase on the turn that you use the effect. When this card is destroyed, special summon 2 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon"s on your side of the field from your deck.
Red-Eyes Black Hole Dragon Atk/3300 Def/2700 Lvl:11 Type/Attribute: Synchro/Dragon/Dark/Effect Effect: This monster cannot be destroyed on the first turn it is on the field. The monster can absorb all monsters in defense mode and self-destruct itself, with half of the combined attacks points of all monster absorbed by this monster dealt to both players as damage. Neither you or your opponent cannot attack for two turns when this effect is activated.
Remember, it can be any created card or deck; just make sure that their effects aren't too dramatic. sweatdrop

CyberDarkness dragon. Type: Synchro (Cyberdark Dragon + 1 or more dark tuner monsters that add up to level 11) Level: 11 Type: dark/machine attack: 2000 Defence: 2000 Effect: When this card is summoned you no spells, traps or monster effects can be activated. You can bring any dark dragon monster to the feild and equip it to CyberDarkness Dragon. This card gains 200 attack and 100 defence for each dark monster in the graveyard. Rarity: Rare

[[My real Toon World Deck took down one of my friend's Infernity Decks while he had Red Nova Dragon out on the field. His dragon was powered up to 6500, and I wasted him with one Toon Mermaid and two Man Eater Bugs on my side of the field. He got way too cocky, and lost because of my Scrap Iron Scare Crow. I had a Toon Blue Eyes in my hand, but I kept it there to prove a point, and that point was that even the mightiest of his decks will fall to my Toons. All I'm missing in my deck right now is one more Toon Table of Contents, two Emergency Provisions, two more Mist Valley Soldiers, one more Toon Gemini Elf, one more Black Winged Dragon, one more Star Dust Dragon, and a Hidden Book of Spells. Nine more cards and I'll be ready for Tournaments with this bad boy, but until then, I'll just stick to making some of my friends look like fools in my world of madness I call Toon World. Well, a few of my friends can beat me consistently, but not against my Zombies or Worms. Man, I'm rambling, so I bet you haven't even gotten this far on the page, and that you've just skimmed the Toon monsters. rexteeth Umm... Why everyone is playing old decks?
I run things that people never do because they are obsolete. I show people that even obsolete decks can rise up and take power. People know me at my school because I almost never run new things in my deck. The Zombies are an exception. I ran them because I wanted to do something spontaneous.

I wanna duel a Fabled deck with my Toon deck so I can say, "Story-time!" I'm actually thinking of pairing both Toons and Fables just so I can call my deck a Story-time deck. Decks run for the fun of it are referred to as Billy decks, named after some famous duelist or something.

Phoenix Joker dragon. Atk:0 Defence:3000 Type/Attribute: Beast/Dragon/Fury/Dark/Fire/magic. Lvl:9 Effect: when this card is summoned to the feild, it has to be in face up attack form, and for every spell or trap card in my gave yard, it get 500 attack and 100 defence. Rarity: Only one ever made. ~My angels~ Of fate~ Angel of fate, life, death, love, passion, hate, soul, fear, darkness, and light (All the angels i have, their almost the same. Read each effect) Attk:0 Defence: 0 to 5000((love and hate)) Type/attribute: Beast/fury/angel/ magic and light Lvl:5 or higher Effect sad for fate) once sent to the gaveyard, you can summon two other angels, lvl 4 or 6 only. (For Hate and Love) When Hate and Love angels and both on the feild at the same time, you look through your deck and send 10 spell or trap cards to your graveyard. ((For life and death)) when life is on the feild and sends one of your oppoinets mosters to the grave, you can summon Death and deal 500 point of damge to your oppoinent once every 7 turns. ((For Passion and soul)) when these to are out summon Light and Darkness to the feild. and add 500 attack for every angel out. ((For light and darkness)) when these to are out get rid of 1 spel or trap on your opionents side. Rarity: only one of each left, the rest were burned. ~Spells~ Tide, reverse of reverse Effect: you and your oppent both flip your deck over and draw the first 5 cards, add them to your hand and show them to your oppent. Jocker sommon Effect: summon one agel to your feild in defence. Angel attack stop; Effect: Once per turn you can use this, IF you have one or more angels out to stop and attack. ((All for now))

Red Eyes Black Nova Dragon. Synchro: Need 1 tuner, red nova dragon, red eyes black dragon. Type: dragon, Synchro Attribute: dark Atk: 3500 Def: 2600 Effect: this card gains 600 for each Dragon in grave who's attribute is Dark. when this card attacks, you can remove one card in your graveyard from play to negate any cards effect. if this card battles a light monster, remove from play, all light monsters.
Blue Eyes Star Dragon Synchro: 1 tuner, Shooting Star Dragon, Blue Eyes White Dragon Type: Dragon, Synchro Attribute: Light ATK:3000 DEF:2500 Effect: remove this card from play to end your opponents battle phase, this card comes back at end phase. remove from play, 1 card in your graveyard to keep this card on the feild.
