I think he just has really sleepy looking eyes. He always looked like that on "Tommy Lee goes ot college".

But then again he was getting up at like 5.30am for band practice! lol
But yeah he has really dreamy eyes. I think they're cute! 4laugh

Yeah I love his eyes-he looked confused throughout Tommy Lee goes to College. like he was thinking 'what the hell am I doing here?'
