History: Moon's father and mother were both members of Chronos. His father became the new number 13 and trained Moon personally. His father died on the job when Moon was 13 and his mother passed the year previous at the hands of the White Rose. Moon was offered a position as the number thirteen at the same time as he was informed of his father's death. He took his father's weapon from the messenger and used the katana labeled 13 to slay the people who informed Moon of his father's death on sight. With a grudge against the White Rose and Chronos wielding a grudge against him, Moon traveled as a sweeper for the next five years. The first two years of the five years before present he trained non-stop to live up to his weapon. The third year, at 15, he met a girl that he fell in love with. He devoted the third and forth years purely to her and when he turned 17 and the fifth of his five year before the present began the girl admitted to being in the White Rose group. Her mission was to find his weakness, but she instead found his feelings for her pitiful, yet admirable. She left him, and went back to the group. She asked to let them give him one year to come around and join the White Rose. The next year he wandered about making a reputation and living. He treated men horribly, but never fought a woman. He would flirt a bit too often and picked up drinking and smoking. His life was falling in the gutters.
Weapons: Dual Katana. One Katana is the replacement for the 13 Gun, Hades. It was formed with the same materials and has powers undiscovered by Moon. It's name is the Encroaching Darkness. The second is a standard katana.
Skills: Very skilled at fighting with katanas and most any type of blades. Was trained as an Assassin, but usually fights fair. Knows Martial Arts. Very stealthy and fast. Quite intelligent and is a great tactician. Can't use ranged weapons.

Moon lit a cigarette hang from his lip. It was lit and his hand was on his katana's hilt. The Encroaching Darkness wanted blood. He wanted some entertainment. He flashed into the collection office and grabbed a booklet of current wanted posters. He climbed into a tree on the outskirts of town and flipped through the booklet. The moonlight danced of his hair and his glum face. He stared onto the road leading into town and carefully examined the faces of those walking into town. He noticed a large party of people. 4 in all. All with bounties on their heads. Amateurs... Walking into town like they were safe there. What the Hell is wrong with them. Well... They'll pay for my dinner... hopefully for two. He chuckled at the last thought knowing it was not likely. He hoped from the tree and followed the four men for half a minute before stepping in front of them with his katana resting on his shoulder. "Would anyone volunteer to pay for my dinner?" He flashed the XIII mark on his blade and smiled casually. With the men reaching for their guns he chuckled and said, "Guess not." He slashed the head off of one, without even allowing him to fire. The others began to fire and he ducked, slashing at one's torso, in half, and the other one's arm, clean off. The last was a bit farther away and continued firing. Moon glared at him and slashed one bullet in half. Then slashed the now fleeing man's body in half, leaving the head in perfect condition. He collected the heads of the three dead members and walked up to the last, armless, one. "What organization do you belong to?" With a long silence and no reply, Moon chopped his head off too. And slung the four heads over his shoulder. Holding them all by their long hair. He walked back to the collection office, puffing on his cigarette, and, when he arrived, he began to match the heads up to the bounty posters. These criminals were all wanted dead or alive.

Moon tore out four wanted posters from his booklet of them. He then set down the four severed heads on the desk in front of him, and the posters next to them. "Well. These are Dead or Alive and the same bounty no matter what... Um, here is your money, Moon. This should last you for maybe... Two weeks? Maybe less if you get... er... the company you are looking for." The man was a bit awkward, but still Moon's friend. The main problem was the bleeding all over the counter. Moon's eye caught a glimpse of Rin's face. "I see I'm not the only person collecting today. Why would a beautiful young lady be sporting a black eye though? Was it this man who delivered it?" He had his katana drawn. And it was pointing at the man Rin had tied up. The XIII mark seen clearly from Rin's angle. Considering she was a bounty hunter, she would likely know of the reputation the sword and its wielder had.

Moon smiled at the way this girl acted. Not even friendly... eh? He then walked over to Rin and said, "You know. Killing them would be easier. Most bounties go for Dead or Alive." He got a strange look from someone behind the counter trying to get him to cut it out, but he dismissed it and puffed on his cigarette. Moon reached into a small bag on his person and pulled out a stack of bounties. "Want it?" He smiled, trying to be nice.

Moon watched her walk outside and sighed... "Struck out again. Huh?" He asked the person there jokingly. "Idiot!!! Her policy is to NOT kill anything. Plus she only works alone. Try somewhere else, moron." Moon though for a moment. "Well... I can at least be friendly!!! I bet she has no friends... Oh well... Going to the bar. You still have a room welcoming me here?" "Yeah. But don't get drunk! And leave that girl alone." "Blah blah blah." Moon took off, sprinting to the bar. He took a shortcut through the alleys and entered the bar without anyone noticing. He order some beer and began drinking immediately.

"CHUG CHUG CHUG CHUG!!! CHUG CHUG CHUG CHUG!!!"

Moon smiled as the bar cheered him on. Or at least the people who weren't bothered by the women. It was a drinking contest, and they were on their 9th mug. Moon and five other people were still in.

"CHUG CHUG CHUG!"

Fourteen mugs and Moon was left with three more people.

"CHUG CHUG!!!"

One fell at mug sixteen and another at the twenty fourth mug. Then there were two.

"CHUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Mug thirty and the last two contenders glared jokingly at each other. Moon smiled and said, "I can take more. Keep going." Moon's reply was a dizzy nod and at mug 37 Moon was the only one standing. "Yeah and Moon wins!!! More drinks than anyone and never a girl in sight." Moon's blade unsheathed and was pushed to the neck of the man who just began talking. Moon glared at the man and shouted, "You mock me about girls. IT'S MY BUSINESS ON WHETHER I'M READY FOR ANYTHING, SO BACK UP A*****E" He thought about pressing the blade in when a bar fight started up around him. He sheathed his katana and stumbled out of the bar, but not because he was drunk. He sat down with his back against the wall next to the door and tears ran down his face... Damn you White Rose... Damn it...
