Make a topic with an expnation of why you should be on the crew, and I'll get the most important crew members (might just be the vice captains) and we'll decide if you're good enough.
To become a Vice Captain:
1.) You must have been on the crew for at least 2 weeks.
2.) You must have been very active or helpful to the guild as a whole.
3.) You must have made a half-decent suggestion. (It didn't have to be accepted)
4.) You must repeat the crew aplication process, except having it titled, "Vice Captain Application"
5.) You must be accepted by all the Vice Captains and myself, where as before, it was just to a vote.
If you can do all that, you will be a Vice Captain.
