Broken Currents What would you do if you were in their place?
Just when you thought your life was going well, someone you don't know enters your home and massacres your entire family except you. You couldn't defend your family, and eventually, you are blamed for the entire mess. Unable to do anything about it, and concerned for your life, you run away from home, only to find someone else whose family was killed by the same person. Swearing to get revenge on him, you both set out to find him and murder him, through thick and thin, and even if he takes your life, you would take his just to make it more even.

Equipment: Blaine carries a blade around with him at all times. It is double the length of his arm, and he keeps it on his back in a sheath. He is very skilled at using the blade, and you’d be dumb to approach him without a weapon.
Biography: Blaine led a happy life at home with his friends and family. He was the only person in his family born an Aerius demon, but no one cares, as they are all very close, and even friends feel like family. However, it all changed when Blaine was 15. A mysterious man came into his home and murdered Blaine’s friends and family right before his very eyes.
After that, everyone else suspected that it was Blaine that killed his friends and family, and so to avoid the law, Blaine ran away from home, and into the forest.
Personality: Blaine appears aggressive, and he is, but he doesn’t usually beat people up unless they’re his friends. It may appear strange, and to most people, just appears to be because they’re not his friends, but it’s just his own special way of showing that he cares about them. He is sensitive to others’ feelings, and can be gentle when he wants to be, but it doesn’t usually show.

Abilities: Swordfighting. Blaine is amazing with the sword, and his skills haven’t waned since he left his home.

Biography: Liz grew up on the wrong side of town. Most people picked on her and hated her so to protect her, her parents gave her a long staff. Liz grew very skilled using it. And although she grew up like that she stayed kind and expressive. When Liz found her family dead, she took her little brother’s dagger and swore she would have revenge. She took off in the night, running away to find the killers.

Blaine raced into the forest, dodging the creatures behind him. He didn't have enough strength to battle, and so he settled on running away from them. There was no way he was going to survive facing about 5 Salamandras.
Salamandras were creatures that looked like giant salamanders walking on their hind legs, but they were about double his height, and much more than double his weight. They seemed intimidating, but were just really big idiots. They walked around in a way that made them seem like the stereotypical zombies you would see in a horror movie, and really couldn’t deal major damage to him. But in a group, they were much more intimidating, and much more dangerous.
He panted, trying desperately to avoid letting the Salamandras catch up to him. He'd been running for too, too far. He couldn't let them catch up to him now.

It comes awake and I can't control it

Liz flashed her wild smile. She was in a dark mood, the bad side effects of what happened to her family. She was sitting on a tree branch and looked around. She wanted something to kill. She needed somehting to kill. The bloodlust corsed through her veins. It was something she had inherited. Liz spotted some movment and watched a guy run past, followed by Salamandras. Liz smiled as she uttered one word, "Perfect."
With a great blood thirsty crow, Liz lept from the tree, landing gracefully. She pulled out her longstaff, ready to go kick some butt. Liz crouched down low and then sprinted forward with urprising speed. Using her mind she moved a tree into the Salamandras's way, causing a loud crash. She smiled at the confused look on the creature's faces. She raised her head and let out a loud cackle of laughter. "Die at my hands!" Liz called before tossing her long staff like a spear. It killed one of the Salamandras instantly. Liz pulled out her bow and arrows and started shooting. The Salamandras turned to Liz and charged. She smiled and then quickly put her bow and arrows up. She used her mental powers to bring her longstaff to her and started fighting. As her bloodlust wore off, Liz realized that she was in way over her head. It's hiding in the dark, it's teeth are razor sharp

Blaine turned around when he heard someone attacking the Salamandras behind him. He heard a girl who seemed a bit crazy. She seemed a bit too bloodthirsty, but she had come to his rescue. He charged at the Salamandras with his blade, and sent two of them flying. He pulled the girl up and held her shoulder.
"Snap out of it." He said, his voice low.

It comes awake and I can't control it

Why won't somebody come and save me from this, make it end?Liz felt someone grab her shoulder which made the blooodlust a little worse. Liz shook her head, trying to keep from attacking the guy. "Don't touch me." Liz hissed pulling away from the guy. She ran at the other two and wacked one with her staff and then stabed the other. In a whirl of movement she turned around and killed the other one. Now that all of the were gone, the bloodlust seemed to go away. Liz looked at Blaine and then at the Salamandras that laided dead. She shook her head and her eyes seemed to soften. She looked Blaine up and down and then took in a deep breath before saying, "Sorry about that." Liz crossed her arms and leaned against a tree, but kept her staff out. She seemed to trust Blaine mostly, but wanted to be careful. It's hiding in the dark, it's teeth are razor sharp

Blaine held up his hands as if to prove that he wasn't going to hurt her. "I come in peace. I don't usually fight, anyways." He said quietly. He liked fighting, actually, and would choose to do it, but if no one threatened him, why would he want to hurt anyone? Especially not this new girl. She didn't seem like she was going to hurt him, nor did it look like she was going to be able to.

Why won't somebody come and save me from this, make it end?Liz crossed her arms lightly and watched Blaine, her eyes narrowing. "Hmph." Liz seemed to be a lot different from before. Her eyes went back to normal and she continued to examine Blaine. He didn't seem to be harmful and he had helped her when she accidentally gotten in over her head. She thought back to why she had gone into the forest in the first place and then turned to walk away. She had to keep mmovng towards her goal. Liz knew that well. She casted one glance back at Blaine and gave him a calm nod to let him know she was leaving and then turned back around to walk off. It's hiding in the dark, it's teeth are razor sharp

Blaine looked at the girl. She was somewhat familiar in a way...but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. He walked after her.
"Wait. What are you doing in this forest?" He asked. No one dared enter this forest without an ulterior motive.

I supose I could ask you that same question. If yu tell me, I'll tell you." Liz said giving Blaine a wolfish grin. She crossed her arms and watched Blaine with her redish eyes. She ears twitched before she said, "I'm searching for someone. Have you seen this guy?" Liz pulled a picture out of her pocket and showed it to Blaine, hoping that he would comfirm that he had seen the man she was after. It's hiding in the dark, it's teeth are razor sharp

Blaine looked at the picture that the girl had decided to show him. The man looked like the exact man who had destroyed his village.
"That man destroyed my village!" He said, his eyes blazing red for a moment before switching back to the original grey.
He thought for a moment, considering actually teaming up with this girl to hunt down the man. After all, it was what they had in common.

Blaine looked at the girl. After hearing her story [or assuming, I guess] he felt his cold front slip away, and his gentler side came out. He cared about this girl, and would rather not be the last person to see this girl before she died.
"Wait. I'm coming with you." He insisted.

Liz threw her head up to the sky and let out a cackle of laughter. She stopped walking and then turned to face Blaine. She rested her cold gaze onto Blaine and then growled softly. She laughed again and then said, "And why in the world would you do that? You don't even know why I'm searching for the man that destroyed your village. What if I'm aiming to team up with him, hmmm? And why would I let you come with me? I can handle everything on my own." Liz's face was far from happy. She wore a grimace and her icy red eyes were resting coldly on Blaine. She didn't like the idea of having to drag this guy along with her. It's hiding in the dark, it's teeth are razor sharp
