 It was another pleasantly cool day as Ceridwen visits her faviorite swimming spot. She dove into the cool water with such grace barely a ripple echoed on the surface. She hummed to herself as she swam calmly, enjoying the beauty of the peaceful sea.
She swam and sang for hours at harmony with nature. After a while longer she exited to the beach and laid on the cool sand while the waves gently made there way to shore. She was content, but was still lonely and longed for children and wished she could be distracted from her pained longing in some way, if only for awhile.
She day dreamed of the day she was able to teach her own little ones of the wonders of the many seas and oceans and also of the lore she loved. She laid there and watched as the sun was just starting to set, casting nature's brilliant colors reflecting in the sea, which brought another tune to her heart to sing.((I sometimes suck at starting rp's too XD))

Once again Undine found himself returning to the water's edge, fishing for sea plants again. He needed more ingredients for poultices and such, and this was one of his favourite spots to gather supplies because of the abundance. Sometimes he'd also stop for a fishy snack while he searched.
At the moment he was gathering kelp at the edge of the ocean, draping the blades carefully over his long tail to carry back to his den. Most of this seaweed he would not be keeping, but instead trading it with merchant drei for other supplies he needed.

Kerri watched the sun slowly start to set for awhile still thinking about what seemed an impossible future for her when she suddenly felt she should take a walk along the beach. She stood and looked out over the water and beyond, making a silent wish then started to walk along the waters edge, but then moving up the beach to walk along the warmer sun-soaked sand.
She walked quite a while before she started signing to herself again. She sang a song she didn't know, she sang words that flowed from her heart, of love and longing. Little did she know the sound would travel down back to the waters edge where awaiting ears could hear. She paused for a moment and looked back at her foot prints and sigh pausing only for a few seconds before continuing to sing. Still unaware of the presence down by the water.

Undine was still gathering his plants and rocks and such, with the impression that he was alone on the cold beach, when the sound of singing reached his ears. He blinked, glancing up from his work to glance around. His first instinct was to yell down the beach to ask if the singer was okay. But who would be singing if they were hurt or ill? He quickly "packed up" his things by squishing the wet, muddy materials against his tail - then headed down the sandy stretch to find the singer, his curiosity overcoming his desire to work.

Staring at the water now, Kerri's song changed to another. She started to walk back to the cool welcoming water. She stood in the cool water and then heard footsteps growing closer. This caused her to stop signing and look for the source of the sound.
It was then she saw a sea blue male walking towards her. He had many ocean accessories, including a clam on his tail. She found him to be cute, this she would admit. She was an honest dreich and was not shy for most things. As the male drew closer she saw the kelp hanging on his tail. It made her curious, but she didn't want to be the first to speak, so she waited for him to draw closer and speak first, she could tell alot about the way one spoke most of the time.

As he strolled up to the long-haired drei, the male was sure he looked... interesting, what with all the strange things stuck to his body. He did that often - pasting accessories on himself with mud and sand. Undine smiled softly, and awkwardly, at her for a moment, unsure of what to say after expecting her to speak first. "Er... hello there. I heard singing from down the beach. Was that you I heard?"

She admired the males adornments, them suited him. She then smiled at him warmly, "Hello, yes that was me singing. Im sorry if I interrupted your collecting. I did not know there was anyone around that could hear me." Her voice was smooth and elegant as was her posture.
She gave a graceful bow in official greetings, smiling gently. "My name is Ceridwen. May I ask yours?"

Undine dipped his head in return, and smiled softly at the female. "You have a lovely singing voice. I felt compelled to see the face that matched the voice." He paused, glancing back at his body, which was still covered in odds and ends. "Ah... you weren't interrupting anything. Thankfully, there's no one in need of my help right now, so I was simply restocking my supplies for when it does happen again."
