:: Kiyoko Masahiro :: Her Office   On a small stand near the front of the room is a picture frame. Within this frame is held the most valuable possession to the captain of squad 0. It is a picture of her and her twin sister, Youko. Youko is on the left and Kiyoko is on the right.  Her Sleeping Quarters (these are connected to her office through a sliding down)

Kiyoko sits down at the small table in her office and leans back against the wall. To her right is her captains coat hanging on the wall and on the floor to her left is her zanpakuto. Looking down at it, she smiles and places a hand lightly on it. "So, Kronos, what do you think we should expect today?" she asks quietly as she yawns and stretches. Looking out the open door on her right that leads to a small closed in garden away from everything else, she closes her eyes. Her red baggy pants shifted lightly as the wind blows through the room and the bandages that wrapped her upper body cling to her tightly. Even though she wasn't injured, Kiyoko enjoyed wearing the bandages rather then the standard shinigami robes that everyone else seemed to love so much.
Opening her eyes slightly, she looks out at the cherry blossom tree in the garden. Her long black hair drifted over her shoulder as she leans forward and rests her arms on the table. Bending her left arm so that just her elbow remains on the table, she rests her left cheek in it and looks at the tree as a pair of white doves land on the tree branches. It would seem like a rather peaceful time but I wonder how long it will last she thinks as she slowly starts to drift off to sleep.

A portal opened and Skothantos came out. After walking into the Office he looked at his victim and wasted him by cutting off his head with his hand. He then looked over at the Captain Commander with the permanently calloused and emotionless face, "So, now that my messy business is done, I'd like to discuss if you do or do not accept my declaration to go to war. If you did, then you at least have some courage for a race is nothing but a pile of lies, and if you didn't, well, that doesn't stop me from killing you anyways."

Missa appears silently, sitting ontop of her head captain's desk, her legs crossed and swinging back and forth. "And whom might you be?" She asked with her intimidating voice. Smiling her eyes all most tantalizing. Looking at the dead body she raised an eye brow. "Is that a ... Shinigami?" She asked.

Skothantos looked at the lady, "Yes, indeed. I killed him because I had no use for him. He was expendable and those who have lost their value are expendable. His worth was transporting me here." Skothantos lifted his hand at Missa and charged a Cero.

Missa smiled at the cero. "I suggest not firing that in here." She said smiling. " I see so you killed him for no resown what so ever?" She asked still swinging her legs. "That seems... rather mundane do you think?" She asked him smiling. Still as the cero continued to charge. "I am telling you, charge that here and destroy my friends office... And i will be destroying you into the ground if we most continue this let us continue it out side. I will fight you arrancar. No use in having my captain get her hand dirty with you." She said hopping down from the desk. Smiling.

"You really think you and this Captain could beat me. I could take on ten one of you with my hands behind my back and not even break a sweat," he said, still charging the Cero, but he was using it to hold her at a point to make her his hostage, "You have no idea what I am truly capable of for not even you know of what a Psuedo Arrancar that has been transformed into this current state is capable of. You've never fought one so you won't ever know how to deal with one. I've fought many Captains and Vizards and I have the experience to beat you both in battle."

Missa smiled. "Silly Arrancar, you may have fought many captain's but none like me." She said as her spirit pressure rose. She smiled again, and as if she did nothing she was next to the arracnar. Her blade tip at the side of his neck. "Unmitsu level three." She said as her hand was also on his wrist. "Don't test me young Arrancar... I may look nice but whats behind the mask no one knows." She said smiling and putting pressure on his wrist.
(Before you think i am god modding, Unmitsu, is a high level movement that makes the attacked think that the attacker attacked them, by moving at fast speed that is un seen by the trained eye. So it's a Legal move. )

Opening her eyes, Kiyoko looks over at the two and frowns. She hadn't heard a knock and expected that of the Espada but not of the Captain of Squad 4. Standing up. Kiyoko grips her zanpakuto in her left hand and looks at the Espada. "You know, I'm not in a particularly good mood today." she says as her spiritual pressure jumps. "You want a war then fine, now get the ******** out of my office." she says. Kiyoko could be known to be a bit understanding about certain things but at this moment, she was not. Even though she had left her life of being the captain of squad 11 behind, she still loved to fight and to kill.

Skothantos replied, callously, "How hilarious that you call me young. You know not my age, but I can read your age just by looking at your face. You are approximately 25,000 or 26,000. Somewhere in between. I am far, far older than you. I was there when the stars were young and when the legendary Void was created but enough talk, hostage," he turned to the Captain Commander, "Oh I see, so you agree? Looks like I won't have to pile up a bunch of bodies on your conscience, after all. I was thinking of killing this young, worthless pile of dirt, but I think I should let her leave and then let her die as the Swarms of Hollows massacre her as well as you and your forces. None shall withstand the fury of the Swarm. I fight to survive and to avenge all the races that have befallen your wrath, Shinigami. Yes, I mean the Quincies, they were a race exterminated by you and I refuse to let another race die by your hands."

"The Quincies died by their own hand and if anything, it was the previous generation of soul reapers that did that act." she says to him as her pressure jumps again. After just waking up and seeing these events, Kiyoko had a hard time controlling her pressure.

Skothantos chuckled to himself, coldly, "No, it was not their own hand. It was your hand! You claim to have saved them but instead you exterminated them. I don't care if it was a previous generation of Shinigami that did that, you are all nothing but piles of lies that have stacked up over the years. You claim to be saving lives, but you take more lives than you save. If the humans rebelled against you, you'd kill them, too. Its the savage nature of the Shinigami, the will to put self preservation first beyond all things. We have the same desire, but our goal is much more difficult because you continue to exterminate us like insects. Now, I wish for you to see the despair of which I will bring to you. The feeling of hopelessness a Hollow feels when he is being hunted by Shinigami!" he shouted, and released a small portion of his spiritual power. To him, it was a tiny amount, but to many who had faced him, it felt like each time his power climbed, it felt as though each time it climbed it increased a tenfold. His power was insane, yet he was able to control it.

His pale skin tanned, his clothes faded to black, his hair turned completely black, his eyes changed to black, and his "melancholic" scars began to fade to black as well. Even his Zanpakuto faded to black, completely. He was a terrifying sight to see as a dark circle filled with tortured souls raging to get out seemed to surround him.

"Missa, this is my office not yours. Put your sword away." she says as she looks at the Espada for a moment more. Holding up her hand, her eyes turn red and she fires a single cero just past him, barely missing him. As the blast hits the wall and causes a small explosion, her eyes return to normal. "Now leave Espada." she says firmly.
