Be warned if you make a topic, BUT to not PM a link to me (Serinastar), or Stranger your topic will be deleted as an unapproved topic. The only exceptions to this rule are those that say under construction next to them.
Rule 5: Accept for Crew and Captains, you are a part of the new group and that is all. Crew and Captains are allowed for the fact of they have other things to run to make sure everything goes smoothly.
