Tock hopped down after Ruten. He glanced around, taking in the scenery. It was pretty cool, he had to admit. However, one of the first things he noticed was how unmistakeably warm it was. He immediately began to sweat in his winter coat. He was still wearing it, he hadn't had time to change at his apartment. He shrugged it off and shoved it into his bag. Still warm.
"So this is the place, huh? I have to say, I kinda like it." he laughed. It looked sort of old but he liked the way the buildings were placed. "So, where do you work? Or rather, where will I have to work?"

Яutén Nakayaki  ✔Systems are now updating... Ruten laughed, seeing Tock take off his coat so quickly. It's only natural, I guess he thought to himself, walking up to the side of one of the buildings. "I work in this building." he said with a smile. "We'll figure out where you go, or what fits you're liking once we're inside." he replied, his right hand placed on the building. A small clicking noise later and the building side opened. "There's a lot of space, so it'll be no problem."

Once inside, Rutens pace quickened. He past small cubicles, offices, and testing rooms before stopping before a giant screen. He turned back to face Tock, his eyes wide. "This is usually where I am, just so you'll know. But, I like to wander around a lot." he said, rubbing the back of his neck. "Since I create, I don't really like destrying the things I have little need for. I have a bunch of clutter I'd like you to get rid of, if you don't mind." he said, tiling his head a little. He then beamed a smile. This workroom was his home, and thus it was a little messy, but not too much. The entire room was taken up mostly by an excessively large keyboard, some books, and a few gears lying around. "Shall I show you?" he asked curiously.

"Oh well, Sai just said the best place will be here.. Ruten will not be unnecessary then I guess.." Tock followed as Ruten led him to his work place. As he walked, he passed a strange girl just standing there. He just glanced at her before entering the building alongside Ruten, taking into memory where Ruten worked so he would be able to find his way back.
Tock walked behind Ruten, taking in the crowded workspace. Once in his office, he noticed a huge screen and a keyboard alongside various other gears. It was indeed a pretty messy place. "A jobs a job, right? I'll do anything. I hope you don't mind the smell of smoke..." he trailed off, chuckling to himself. "Alright, show me what you want destroyed." Tock said, ready for the challenge.

Яutén Nakayaki ✔Systems are now updating... Ruten grinned and nodded at Tock. "Ok, then we're headed downstairs. And no, I don't mind the smell of smoke. You get use to it after a while, don't you?" he replied with a chuckle, leading Tock out to the hallway. He pressed a small button on the wall near him, allowing the wall door to slide open. "This'll take us down." he replied, gesturing Tock to follow him. Once inside, he pressed a few buttons, the pull of the elevators movement evident after he was done. "Most of the technology I replace goes down here."

After a few minutes, the door opened suddenly, revealing a room seeming to be filled by the brim with discarded gears and micro chips. The room seemed to be endless, pieces of buildings rusting as more gears filled its place. "So, as you can see....It kind of built up over the years... And this is just the first room." he said, jumping onto a circular board. It hovered over the trash as Ruten explained. "So your job is to get rid of all of this, so I can make room for new things. You can take however much time you need, and I'll be preparing a room for you in the meantime. If you want to take a break or do anything else, you're welcome to use anything here, or around the city." he said with a smile.

 Juno had agreed with Zeke to poke around the burrows once she'd managed to find a way to bring Kage over. By asking random locals, she was directed to the Tech Towers.
Wait...isn't this where that Ruten guy lives? The thought occurred to her. I wonder if he's even here today...and if he'll have time to hear my request...
Juno stood a little dumbfounded as she wondered how to get into the building - if there was even such an option for random visitors.
"Uh...wait...what do I do now? I'm confused..." She said to herself, sighing. Juno seriously wondered if it would take just as much time to fly down and haul her overgrown puppy of a wolf to the Burrows herself.OCC: haha...I didn't want Juno's character to just fade off...and I'm still trying to see what to do with Franz...who's off having some R&R right now hahaha

Яutén Nakayaki ✔Systems are now updating... Ruten was below in the basement, talking things over with Tock, but then he heard a sudden beeping sound. Someone else's here? I wonder who. Ruten bowed to tock. "I'm sorry, I've got to attend to someone at the door. I'll be back later to check up on you. If you're not here, I'll find you soon enough." he said happily, going back up the elevator. He hurried to the top, where he took a peek into the security camera's. A girl? I wonder why she's here... he thought, opening a door near her. He peeked his head through, scanning her for anything...odd. "...Hello? Isn't it a little weird to be standing on the side on a building?" he asked, gesturing her to come inside.

"Eh...eh-heh...yeah, I guess so...?" Juno laughed, rubbing the back of her neck. "Are you Ruten, sir? This is quite an interesting place you've got..."
Juno smiled as she peered at the building. It reminded her of another place...a gleaming capital where all sorts of building had strange doors and "patios" in the oddest locations (it was really for the airships).
"I'm not sure...maybe I've gotten really really lost..." She began as she entered upon the man's invitation. "But I have a companion who needs some transportation up here, and I was in search of an airship...?"

Яutén Nakayaki ✔Systems are now updating... Sir? Not once was he ever called sir. "I believe I'm near the same age as you, if not less." he said with a chuckle. "Transportation, huh? I can help you with that, no problem." he replied happily, taking out his necklace out. "I can get you on one right away. I'll just let you use my personal one. Some of the others are getting updates right now." he said with a small nod. Someone had been bombing his ships, and it was getting on his nerves. Do you know how long it takes to rebuild one of those things? There weren't enough hours in the day. "It just depends on when you'd like to go."

Having been used to maintaining etiquette, Juno was surprised but still very much welcomed Ruten's easy-going spirit. She took his necklace carefully and smiled Is this how they run their ships here?
"Oh...why thank you...do you mind if I were to leave now? It's only really...probably a trip straight down to the ground. My companion should be waiting right there." She said. Deciding it would be better to tell him more, she added, "He's my pet wolf, Kage...he's kind of big, but he's intelligent and well-behaved. Is it still all right though for me to pick him up with your ship?"

He showed her how to call the ship, turning the etching on it to the side. "You'll have to bring this back though. I can't go without it for a long time, understand?" he asked, seeing the ship coming closer. "And if he's as intelligent as you say, I'm sure it'll be fine." he said happily, being a closeted animal-lover. "So, be safe. If you'd like to call the ship back, just turn it like I did, ok?" he said. "Take care of my ship." he said, smiling at the woman.
