Being a leader isn't about kindness; more, an oath to helping out the good of my people. When you become a leader of any sort, if your'e a good one, you'll find a plethora of ways to show your skills as both a helper and a follower. One way of doing it is through rhetoric, which I feed upon, and live off of. There will be times when you'll inevitably have to strike the blunt hammer of rhetoric and thought down when times get tough. Don't be alarmed, frightened, nor angered at the past announcement. Analyze it, and let it enlighten you.
