A city where time is everything. Everyone holds time to the highest standard and everyone follows the Clock Tower Duchess.
Her laws are absolute and her dogs are the towns guards.
Even the rebellion that crowns a new Clock Tower Duke or Duchess is like clockwork.
Always occurring 30 years after the new power takes hold.
the Current holder of power has never succeed in stopping the rebellion for when ever the crown is taken.
The town it'self always resets ridding off of their memories and starting it's cycle anew.
It is currently a year after the rebellion has started, it is destined to run four years before a new power takes hold and the town resets forgetting the last rebellion. Welcome to the false City  Chronopolis

The Clock Tower Duchess:
The current Ruler of Chronopolis, she has expensive taste and her laws are the strangest that they have ever been on such example is waking up one second late gets you beheaded but if you had long hair that would be allowed to be cut.
The Clockwork Guard:
The Duchess's town watch and loyal dogs. they break her laws but force others to uphold them in the highest manor. there are three ranks
Clockwork Swarm: the lowest of the low often found moving about the city there are very abundant and are often poor in combat.
Clockwork Steed: these rest in between and few clockwork swarm make it to this point and even fewer make it to the next level. these are in charge of the prisons and making sure they don't over flow, if they begin to, they have orders to kill half the population based on severity of the crime, often they just kill half.
Clockwork Guard: Holding the same name as whole group these are elite fighter and they watch the tower themselves taking care of the duchesses every whim.
The Rebellion:
Leader: the one who leads the rebellion and makes the plans to get the supplies and all other things, they are a master thief every time.
First mate: The leader's most trusted ally, the person who knows all the thoughts and plans that go into the rebellion in case he falls in battle.
Crew: everyone else in the outfit, they run the jobs and kill those that need to be killed they live in the secret base where all clocks are banned and only exist with in the meeting room.
Everyone Else:
Citizens: those who are at the mercy of the cross fire and often join the guard or the rebellion in order to find some sibilance of piece in their lives. they hold various jobs and other such things.

Ⅳ Violence, this is a RP that involves it it is inevitable don't go over board though.

 Rai Schneider- Clockwork GuardBOOMHow was it that Rai had found himself wondering the streets of his fair city today, ah yes he could recall to find the rebellion from it hiding spot and swarm it crushing anyone who dared to try and take his precious duchess from him. He stopped his head turning around pulling a slip form his sleeve muttering the spell the rested on it he pressed it flat against a building. A smile spread as he walked on that would act as his eyes in that are he repeated this process ever few feet, no one ever bothered to ask him why he did that because no one would question a Clockwork Guard after all, if you got on ones nerves you could find yourself pegs with a crime you have never committed.
Side stepping around a young woman getting thrown into the street he froze his gaze turning towards her as she sat there in silence even as her belonging where thrown out of the House. "Why does he throw your things?" He asked knelling down besides her. "I forgot to clean the stove." She stated softly as his gaze turned back up. "You should report him for not winding his clock." Rai stated before standing up and walking away from the building grinning happily as he did.

Cinnamon Kennol Watch your back...  Cinnamon walked through the streets, looking around at the people, the houses, the clocks on every corner. It all disgusted her. And she would break every clock in sight if there wasn't so many guards around. Cinnamon had a hatred for this town, the dutchess, everything about it made her want to scream.
Cinnamon walked with her head high, in plain sight, even though she was wanted. She was one of the leaders of the rebellion, after all. The whole thing was laughable. A girl? Leading the rebellion? Impossible, they thought. And only twenty one? Fighting with such a passion? So stratigic? Never!
"Oh. Sorry." Cinnamon hadn't been watching her feet and had ran into a man. A guard, no less. But she wasn't worried. She was dressed just like a citizen, and the only weapon she was carrying was a safly concealed dagger. "I didn't mean to run into you. My mind isn't with me lately." She forced a small bluch into her cheeks, and looked awawy, as if embarrased. Hah. Stupid clock guard. Catch me if you dare. Accuse me on what bases? Hah! You could never prove anything. ... Because I'll break your clock

Rai Schneider- Clockwork GuardBOOMAnother scroll peelled free and placed on a building before Rai raised a brow a young woman stumbling into it, eyes averted, that was always a good sign. "No worries they madam, My your clock chime true." Rai stated giving her one last look over there was something off about he, it surrounded him the constant tic of a clock and the hum of gears winding through the day but she seemed off from the rest. "May I see your clock." he asked his hands hidden beneath long sleeves an ever present smile etched on his features as he adjusted his sheer hood, rain wasn't scheduled today but he always wore it anyway. Perhaps he should has hid duchess if there should be rain tomorrow oh how he enjoyed snooping around in the rain.
Perhaps he should get another Clockwork guard to run with him in the rain, none of them enjoyed it like he did but then again he never had to worry about his own clock rusting away in the rain he kept it pressed against his heart to block any blows made there he would need to get it tended to soon so that it's gears would flow smoothly still.

Ace Phoenix - Clockwork Guard Ace sighed lightly walking in the streets " how boreing... nothing happens around here " she muttered to herself with her sword on her back and as a Clockwork Guard it was her job to keep everything safe.
Ace was turning around the street couner and felt there was another guard " huh? oh hay rai " she said walking to him... she didnt really know him that will but she been trying to get to know him when she joined the clockwork guard, to everyone he looked scarey but to ace he looked like any person that works and all she wanted was to get to know him, Ace waved to him as she got close to him and when she was by his side she smiled " hows its going ? " she asked looking around as people was walking around.

Cinnamon Kennol Watch your back... Cinnamon wanted to laugh. My clock's not chiming any more, buddy. But she kept herself composed, she kept herself as the innocent stret girl. When he asked about her clock, she didn't miss a beat. "Well, you see." She started, fumbling in her pocket for the broken clock. It's face was smashed, the hands held still. "I didn't mean to break it. I'm a very klutzish girl, you see." She looked up at him, the back down, frowing. "I was just on my way to buy a new one." she looked over her shoulder as another guard bounded up, calling the man before her Rai. Rai, eh? I'll remember you. Oh you better believe it. "But it wasn't my fault. I slipped and I was holding it, checking the time as I walked, and it slipped through my fingers." Cinnamon forced her fingers to tremble a bit, she clutched the broken clock with both hands. "Please don't send me to prison or something." Send me to prison. I dare you. I'll break your arm in a heartbeat. You won't catch me. Nobody will catch me.
Cinnamon was actually in the city to steal some weapons, but hey, getting the scoop on some of the guards wasn't such a bad thing. She was sure the other people in the rebellion were doing fine without her. If there was two Clock Guards on the same street, there couldn't be that many investigating the rebels. The dutchess only had so many Clock guards, right? There was no way that they would find their hiding place, and have enough people to actually do something about it.... Because I'll break your clock ((Edited.))

Rai Schneider- Clockwork GuardBOOMRai's gaze shifted over to Ace when she came up yes she had just joined perhaps he could have her run with him through the rain. "Thats not very good." Rai muttered gingerly taking the clock up into his hands. Yes clocks were broken everyday and well you had a three hour time limit to get it fixed. Looking at the hands he pulled out his own comparing where the hands rested, if she just broke it recently they the hands would be close to the current time. "It seems you have twenty minutes to get this clock repaired." He stated hading back to her the ruined clock his gaze turned back to Ace. "Good, little Ace." He answered her question, everything he did in order of the time it occurred first he had to finish his talk with the Citizen that seemed to have broken her clock. it seemed odd to him thought. "Would you escort this Young lady to the Clock Shop with me?" He asked looking back to cinnamon "Miss?" he asked softly questioning for her name he rarely made it out of the tower so he hardly knew that towns people anymore. "I will join you too seeing as I wish to have my own inspected."
