Hey everyone! Check out my poem please!
Leaves of every hue,
Yellow, orange and red,
fall on the frozen ground.
Cold winds from every direction,
It's here here to stay
until spring returns.
Dorky gloves and winter coats,
hot chocolate and cozy fires.
It's all part of winter's beauty.
Fancy presents, and huge dinners,
resolutions and festive hats.
The New Year is here, leave the past behind.
Snowflakes on eyelashes,
icicles on roofs.
Few admire the delicate creations.
A warm breeze suddenly arrives,
winter's over and it's time to play.
Until next time my dear friend.

I love you. I didn't know anyone else in this guild wrote poetry! I love love love your poem. It actually totally does portray what winter really is to a lot of people. I checked your arena page, and you said that you just wrote this up. You have so much more skill than I do. TT__TT

Awwww thank you!! It took me a while, but I finally got an idea of what I should write. >.< I just sat down and though. 'I'm going to write a poem now' And I did. Haha.

Niiiice. My poems are all really depressing- you know, 'cause I'm all angsty XD. It kind of sucks. That may be why I love your poem so much; because it's good and happy.

Haha Thanks you. I wrote a really sad song about suicide once, (which is completely out of my personality) And my dad actually talked to me about seeing a Therapist. xd

Seriously? Therapists are mean evil monsters. Avoid them at all costs. XP
I've never shown my stuff to anyone, except, like, once when I did a workshop. At least now I have a legit reason. anyone asks me, I'll just use you as an example!

Hold on I just confused myself, example for what? And my dad found it. I didn't show it to him because it just flowed out of my mind. I don't even think about suicide. >.< I a very happy person. Ask any one of my friends real, or on gaia.

Nah, I get you. I'm not a depressing person (at least I hope not), but my stuff's all dark. It makes more sense that he found than you showing it to him. Poetry's not often stuff you show to people. c:
I meant like... My parents and some friends have asked about my stuff, and I feel like now I can say: "Sorry, I can't show you my work, because you'll try to to put me in therapy" in this really snobby, uppity voice! ^u^

Alright, I listened to all of them. I like Go Radio and The Ark best. The none of them were really in the style of music I like, but I really liked them in their genre. Also, Mika was probably the most entertaining. :3
Thinking about music, I think I figured out why my poetry's depressing: I listen to some pretty emo music. And the Beatles... But, ya know.
