It's time to gather around the table for a family Thanksgiving! In this role play we are America's States. You can represent your favorite, or the one you currently live in, or just pick a random state to be! America should be here as well. Let the drama- I mean fun begin!

New York entered the large dining hall ahead of all his brothers and sisters. His contribution to the dinner was two pumpkin pies, a large plate of apple fritters, and several gallons of apple cider. He wore the nicest set of regular clothing he had and his hiking boots. His dirty blond hair was combed, but still messy looking, and included a cowlick. Sighing, New York tried to smooth down Long Island, but failed. Instead he pushed NYC further up his nose.

((Yay Thanksgiving! >w< I shall be Virginia!))
Virginia skipped in the dining hall, right behind New york. His short curly brown hair was at his nicest, but Richmond still didn's stay put. It was standing up right as usual, but Virginia out no effort on putting it down. He was wearing a some fancy black dress pants and white ruffled dress shirt. His tie was black with white strips. Although it was done wrong.

I'll be Georgia!
Georgia before entering the dining hall, fixed her golden hair once more. It was tied in two pigtails fixed with red ribbons. Her dress was red also, if only she wore black too. Those were her favorite colors. She grabbed the basket of homemade desserts and freshly picked peaches then walked into the hall, eagerly waiting to talk to her siblings. The jingling of her barrier island charm bracelet making noise as she sat down.

I'm Tennesee Ya'll!
Tennessee walks into the dining hall with her flaming red hair hanging in loose curls. She smiles at everyone with dimpled cheeks sprayed with freckles. She had a mocking bird on her shoulder and a simple plaid dress. She looks around and spots one of her closer sisters. "Hey Georgia! How ya doin'?" She asks with a country accent.

Michigan entered the dining hall, carrying a bag containing a large apple pie and dozens of ears of corn. He'd been feeling sick lately but tried to look his best, wearing, in a casual manner, a simple black suit, white button up shirt, and red scarf. Though he'd combed his wavy light brown hair back the Upper Pennisula still kept sticking up on the side of his head. Michigan ignored his hair's disobediance, since most of his family shared the same trait.
Michigan waved at his siblings, who'd already gathered, "Hi, guys! Not too early am I?"

"Not at all Michigan," New York smiled. "Starting to get cold isn't it? I've already experienced several snow flurries, and it isn't even winter yet! Want to help me bring stuff into the kitchen?" New York picked up his load and started for the large kitchen where dishes were being assembled.

California entered the room, looking stunning of course. She had on a long, sparkly silver dress that made her look as though she was going to host an awards show. Her high heels were also silver. Her skin was a nice natural tan shade and her hair was wavy, sleek, shiney and shoulder length, with sideswept bangs. Golden in colour. She had her hair and makeup professionally done in Hollywood. Her accessories included long white gloves, diamond earrings and a silver clutch purse. Her contribution to the meal was a few bottles of champaign and crystal champaign glasses for everyone. She also prepared a huge house salad and brought a few different types of dressing. "Hello everyone~" she greeted, her ocean coloured, blue-green eyes sparkling with excitement.

Michigan smiled back, "Very cold! Though I haven't had as much snow as the year before last." He picked up his bag and followed New York to the kitchen, "Sure, I'll help." Before he got there he turned to see California come in, "Hi, Californa, it's great to see you again!"

"Hello Michigan and New York~ Always a pleasure to see both of you~" she said sweetly, with a dazzling white smile. "Need any help in the kitchen?" she offered as she put her contribution to the family meal on the large table.

"Hi Everyone!" Virginia said, when he saw other people coming in. He waved at a few people then walked over to the kitchen, where New York, Michigan and California were. "Need any help? I can do anything you guys want me to do." The boy said, smiling brightly at them. He brushed off some of his curly brown hair out of his face as he awaited his answer.

"Hey everybody~! I'm sorry if I'm late ... or early ... or late." Texas said in a cheerful voice.
"I brought some cheese fries with bacon bits and ranch. I also brought chips and spinach and artichoke dip. And for entertainment, South Park, The Office and The Simpsons. Oh, and Family Guy. "
She was wearing her black and white, short-sleeved, buttoned-up shirt, a short, black, tutu-like skirt and black heels that were about half an inch. Her hair was dark brown with dark blue highlights and was in a long, wavy, side-pony tail.

"Sure Michigan~" Cali replied. She carefully took her gloves off and stashed them in her clutch. Then Texas and Virginia also came by. "Hello Texas and Virginia!" she said happily. "Anyone want me to call a DJ? You know, for the afterparty?" she said with a grin.
