 To become a Captain PM this to the Guild Captain or Vice Captains. Once you become a Captain you must immediately make an office, a mission board, and a rank board in your Squads sub forum.

1-Bob shook his head yet again as he jumped up to swing repeatedly at Bill, launching a total of 35 slashes.

in the air. A rather large gust of wind followed his hand towards Bill.
2-Cack flashsteped all over the place next to kables,Cack swong his sword, every time he flash steped He created gust of winds, surrounding him from all sides,making kable harder to breath."now die"Cack turned his zanpaktou into a
stabbing position and flash steped as fast as lighting right at kables.

Role playing example:
The alarms of the soul society blared, stating that there was a hollow invasion. all squads be aware that menos have enetered the Soul Society the alarms voice rang out. Genji grinned as he looked up from the paper work that lay stacked on his desk. Genji quickly grabbed his zanpaktou and ran for the area where the menos were spotted.
When Genji arrived, the Menos were howling and Genji was smiling. These these are weak Genji said with a D: face. Genji pulled his zanpaktou sheath and slammed it into one of the Menos. Genji smled as his sheath cracked the mask and was stuck there. Hold that for me Genji said as he drew his zanpaktou out and slashed right trough another Menos. Now there was only 4 left. Genji sighed and donned his blue and white mask. It looked almost like the devils face...but that was debatable. Genji began to spin around and ceros were fired everywhere. Genji dropped to the ground and caught his sheath with a sigh. SO weak Genji said with a sigh.

Tourais was getting ready for his next mission. He stared toward the window and opened it and flashed stepped out. As he was about to leave Soul Society he heard a loud noise coming from the Soul Society Gate. Tourais changed he destination and headed to the gate. As he arrived at the gate he encountered a Menos Grande."Ha, Their is a hollow invasion this should be interesting." Tourais said.As He reaches back and unleashes his zanpaktou. "Lets finish this fast." he said as he activated his Bankai. "As the Contractor of The Wind Please Lord of the spirits of the wind Grant me Your power." Around Tourais Wind started to rotate around him, He stretches his arm out and send's 3 wind slashes to the Menos and cuts him into pieces.

Squad you wish to Lead: 11th Vice Captain: don't got one Reason for becoming a Captain: i want to run a squad and help people i my squad so that they become better at rping Role playing example: Shin is standing in a field with grass that goes up to the middle of his shins and as he walks the grass dies around him from the heat that is getting put off by his body and his reitsu making everything turn black and blow away with the wind. His long black hair is blowing in the wind as well as his shinigami robes that only cover his legs showing off his body is covered in tattoos and his right hand is comply black with white tattoos all the way up to his blind fold that covers his eyes. "Hope they get here soon i want to fight." Rei no shi says as he glows black as he talks. "Calm down my old friend they will get here sooner or later we have to just wait a little for them." Shin says as he stops and senses around seeing if anyone is here yet.
