Size of grounds: About 60 acres of land stretched out to a beachhead.

Located near a beach, the house is roughly 6 acres in size it has approximately 20 master bedroom's with master closets and master bathrooms. The 2 story house has a elevator for easy use to take clean and dirty cloths from each floor and has a Japanese themed bath house for the first and second floor. The bathhouses are unisex with one set of 20 extra-large lockers.
Lastly the kitchen is huge compared to regular household kitchens, it has it's own personal chef and serving staff. The living room is big also with instead of a plasma screen it has a LED Projector with a huge roll out screen. Finally he has an underground basement that serves as a second house and has a torture/"Love Room" for his slaves filled with all the latest sensual gadgets ever produced.

It seemed though that men with a higher self control were a little harder for her to get control of. She found it a fun challenge. Before she could try further though, the two men pulled the succubus girl up to a large house. "This looks promising." She purred, her tail flicking behind her as a guard rolled his eyes going up to knock on the door. See they were there to deliver the succubus to her new master, the fourth one in only a couple of weeks, she wondered how long she would be at this house.

 Damn there late...Kai thought as he laid in his couch watching TV. It had been a long time since he had a slave. A faithful one anyways, but he had hoped that the one he was getting would stay with him. Fulfilling his ever whim. Kai leaned up hearing the door bell ring, he walked several paces before reaching the door and pulling the handle on the door. Seeing the succubi made his spine shiver. Not with fear, but with "Happy" thoughts. "Your late..." he barked at the guards. "Hello...Your name is?" he asked the girl. (Is the way I'm posting okay for you...Well I mean just the length...?)

Kyla Zari Kyla's attention snapped to the door as she heard it open, giving her wings a little flutter as a smirk came across her full lips. One of the guards started to say something about it being her fault for trying to seduce them on the way over there, but before he could finish his sentence, she purred out a reply. "I'm Kyla, sir." The word sir came out as a soft, musical, seductive purr as she lightly ran a tongue over her lips, her succubus side out front already. Both of the guards stared at her, lust obvious in their eyes.
"And you are?" She asked the man before her, moving her hands slightly and making the chains jingle behind her as the two men behind her continued to stare. She put her weight on her left foot, pushing her hip out slightly, giving the man a sly smile.

Kai let out a frustrated sigh as the guards told him what had happen Idiots...he thought as he placed his hand over his face in disgust. "You know what....I don't care, get the hell out of my property." he barked as he looked at the guards then to Kyla "Kyla is it? Well welcome, I am Kai, but you must call me Master." he said to her as he left the guards outside and took Kyla by the leash and lead her to his living room. Kai smiled and sat on the couch and untied her chains that were on her wrists and her collar. "There." he said with a smile. He hoped he would have fun with her later tonight. (Yea, I wanted to put an extra three lines explaining that i would take her in already, but I wanted her to give a reaction and I didn't want to be godmoding. Also I didn't want to hurry the the RP...But thanks for the input.)

Kyla Zari "Nice to meet you, master." The succubus girl purred, drawing out the word master as she shifted her weight to the other foot, standing now in front of him, free of the chains. Kyla lightly shook out her hands, faint bruises across her wrists were the metal had rubbed against her skin. She smiled at him batting her eyelashes before taking the opportunity to let her eyes wonder across the room. She lightly ran her fingers across her throat the collar still there, but that was probably for the best.
"So, Master. Is this the house which I shall be staying?" The girl asked, her eyebrows raised, obviously impressed with the room she was just in now, only imagining what the room she would be staying on would look like.

Kai smiled at her figure, he gazed at her curvy hips, a**, chest, and face. It was a nice package rolled all into one. He felt very lucky to have such a well mannered woman and a good looking one too at best in his household. "Nice to meet you too Kyla, you look very lovely today." he said softly in a seductive tone. He too could play that game with her all day if you wanted too. "Yes you will be staying here and you will be sleeping in my room." he told her in a sincere tone as KAi crossed his legs and smiled at her "So tell me what Succubus like you can serve me with? I'm betting "Intimate" services?" he added. (Okay thanks!)

Kyla Zari Kyla put her hands on her hips as she looked at him, smiling. She pushed her hair out of her face, leaning to the side lightly, her wings giving off a little flutter. "Why thank you sir."She smirked at his words about her staying n his room.
"Yes, that is the kind of services I am mainly used for." She purred, her back arched slightly. She watched him, her eyes watching his, she was known for being a tease and she wasn't going to give it up that easily to him. She never gave it up easy.

"Your very welcome dear." he said to her giving her a warm smile. Kai knew she was going to resist, but that was a kind of a good thing. "I see...Well I'm glad." he responded to Kyla as he winked at her then watched her body flex. Damn that's sexy....he thought, the training that he had, trained him to deal with such creatures that seemed so tantalizing that men would fall on there feet. Of course he did fall for her sexiness, but his training made him keep his mind focused on being the dominate one in control.

Kyla Zari Kyla grinned, stretching her arms above her, pushing her chest out. She yawned lightly, seeming bored, yet interested all at the same time. She could tell she was at least having a little effect on him. :Hmm seems like this is actually going to take some time.: She thought to herself as she looked her new master over, her eyes lingering on all the right spots as she licked her lips slowly. "So could you show me where the room we will be sharing is, Master?"

Again with the stretching....he thought smirking a bit at her gorgeous chest. "Yes, just follow me sweetie..." he said winking at her as he trailed upstairs, entering the room. The room is very large compared to the living room, it has a very large king sized bed in the middle with a silk overhand to cover the bed from the light. The room comes with a walk in closet and a large Master bathroom. "Here we are...Do you like?" he asked her as he laid on the bed. As he slid on the bed the brim of his shirt curled up to one third up his stomach revealing his abs.
