pirate A large Building with many floors. As you enter you see the dimly lit lobby, a desk at which you may purchase your 'pet' is of to the right. The elevator that leads to each floor is to your left. The room is surprisingly well decorated, and smells of fresh flowers. Not the type of place you would expect.. But of course, this is only the entrance...
Second floor: Contains the Neko Slaves.
Third Floor: Contains the Mixed Breed Slaves.
Fourth Floor: Contains the Human Slaves.
Fifth Floor: Contains The Vampire Slaves.
Sixth Floor: Contains the Demon Slaves.
Seventh Floor: Contains the Phycotic and Dangerous Slaves.
As you get higher up, the floors are more heavily guarded, but also more filthy, and unsuit for anyone to live in. Watch your back though.. You never know what might be lurking around these dark corners.

Austin walks in and feels a little surprised to see the entrance looking so nice, but merely sighs as he walks up to the desk and asks where the mixed breed and the neko's are located. He then turns to the elevator after getting the information he desired and headed up to the second floor, heading in and looking around.

Shay Heartman -Chained- My Owner Is... -Thoughts- 'I wonder what this will be like..' 'Beautiful and Deadly.' Shay sat in the nearly empty level on the sixth floor. Heat radiated into the cold room from where she sat, perfectly fine as the cage seemed to glow with the heat she was putting into the metal bars. She could easily melt the bars if needed, but she was curious as to if anyone was coming soon. She wanted to get out of this dreadful place, but she didn't feel like killing the guards at the moment. No, she would be the patient little girl she was.
She made a small giggle at her own thoughts. Her? Good? that was a good one. As her Teal gaze shifted around the room, she sensed a new presence enter the building, and then she could hear the elevator shift, with her sensitive ears. When she heard it stop on the second floor she sighed softly, wondering if he would find what he was looking for. She could sense these certain things about people before she even saw them, for example, she knew it was a male, and that he had been looking for a mixed breed. Even though she didn't know what was contained on the second floor, she could guess by the signals and such that were sent to her mind.
Shay slumped against the glowing cage bars, finding comfort in her element. The fire. She had always liked the element the best, not simpky because she was a fire demon. More because it made her feel at home. But it definately came in handy in cold, lonely places, such as the sixth floor.

Austin continues making his way up the floors, looking for anyone that he could claim for himself. Eventually he made it to the 6th floor and finally found someone. He walked over and looked at her for a few moments, feeling how the room was warmer around her. "Well you seem pretty interesting in your own ways."

Shay Heartman -Chained- My Owner Is... -Thoughts- 'I wonder what this will be like..' 'Beautiful and Deadly.' Shay sensed the presence continue to move up the levels, and when she saw the elevator open on her floor, she examined the Male that exited. Making his way over to her cage, she continued to study him, until he stopped right in front of her and spoke. Listening to his words, she seemed to be processing this all before she spoke a few moments later, Her Bright Teal eyes looking up at him. "Everyone is interesting my friend, It's just a judgement of how they show it." she said, her voice was soft, and at medium pitch, but all together, very pleasing to anyone's ears. Pausing for a moment, she spoke again. "But yes, I am Different, or interesting, as you put it. My name is Shay, Shay Heartman. It is a pleasure to meet you." she said, this time her tone sounding slightly more friendly, and warm. Much like the air around her.

Austin stared at her for a few moments then smiled and nodded in return. "Well it's a pleasure to meet you too Shay, my name is Austin Cornette." He looked at her information sheet that was nearby and looked over it for a few moments before looking back at her. "Well you seem interesting, but I have a slight dislike for demons."

Shay Heartman -Chained- My Owner Is... -Thoughts- 'I wonder what this will be like..' 'Beautiful and Deadly.' A smirk formed across Shay's features as he said this. She already knew he wasn't looking for a demon for that specific reason. And again, she took a few moments before answering him. "I can see why you have a dislike for my race... We demons can be very... tricky." she said, another smirk crossing her mouth as the heat suddenly increased in the air around her. "And I could promise you, I am no different." she said with a slight shrug, her icy gaze moving to the cage bars, as one had begun to melt. Decreasing the heat slightly, her eyes moved back to him, but more specifically to his wings. Tilting her head slightly, her eyes moved to his facial features, seeming to judge him with her intense eyes."Perhaps you cant handle that?" she said, almost as if it was a challenge. And knowing Shay, it most likely was. She enjoyed a good puzzle, or perhaps fight. Whicherver was fit for the moment.

Austin stared at Shay for a few moments before sitting down in front of the cage and simply thinking. "Well our kind has never gotten along well in the past. After all, Angels and Demons are supposed to be mortal enemies to each other aren't they?" He figured she must have already figured he was a fallen angel, but he was still an angel none-the-less.

Shay Heartman -Chained- My Owner Is... -Thoughts- 'I wonder what this will be like..' 'Beautiful and Deadly.' Shay listened to what he had to say, a small smirk forming on her lips once more at his words. This time, she just simply nodded her head, not speaking for once. His words were true, Demons and Angels were not meant to get along. But she had many angel friends over the past. Secret friendships of course, if her parents had ever found out, she would have been banished from their town. As she was filled with the memories of one angel in paticular, Lily, a small frown was placed upon her face. Lily had been her last friend before she was Married and sent away, she went over to her house everyday, since she had lived alone, her parents were sent to their kingdom to fufil their duties. Shay brought herself back to the real world as her face now showed no emotion but friendliness, as she looked at the Fallen angel.

Austin stared at her for a few moments then sighed as he stood up and sweeped his arm at the bars, all of them seeming so shine then fall off of their holding. "Guess I might as well take a chance since it doesn't matter if I interact with a demon now adays anyways. Just don't make me regret this decision." He turned and headed towards the elevator, stopping halfway to wait for her.

Shay Heartman -Chained- My Owner Is... -Thoughts- 'I wonder what this will be like..' 'Beautiful and Deadly.' [sorry! i was washing the dishes. i have to eat soon.]
Shay watched as the bars fell, but she waited until the Fallen angel to start walking before she stood, brushing off her skirt. She walked gracefully, her flat boots making a scuffing noise that was soft, but still noticable. She left her hood up, feeling no need to put it down, as it gave her a sense of protection in some odd way. The warmth followed her as she walked, leaving the rest of the level to be cold, and dark, like before she came. Remaining silent, Shay came to stand behind Austin, waiting for him to continue on.

Austin looked down at her before gripping her chin between his fingers and turning her face up towards his, leaning in towards her so that his face was close to hers. "It's going to be interesting to see which of us will crack first. I guess the human saying of opposites attract is pretty accurate." He let his fingers gently brush off her chin as he turned to walk towards the elevator once more.

A small phoenix girl was led in by a butler of her previous master by a leash that was hooked onto a second collar that was hidden under her first, white, soft collar. Lilian didn't like leashes, but she liked her collar, which was strange enough. The butler gave a small grunt and asked, "Which floor do you think you should be placed on, Lilian?" She looked around, and then at a directory which was in front of them, then her head slinked to the floor. "I shouldn't be getting placed here. I want to go back to my master!" She cried out and the butler hushed her by waving a finger. "I'm sure you will find a new, better master, but first thing's first. You must be strong and wait patiently." Lilian wiped a tear or two away with her hand, which was covered by what looked like a feathered glove that followed up to right below her shoulders and armpits. "Okay..." She looked up at the sign saying which floors held what slaves and pointed to the one that said "mixed breeds". Lilian let out a soft sniffle, trying not to cry and said quietly, "I am able to turn into a partially human form, basically what I am now, but I am also a phoenix so this would be the best place." Her old master's butler nodded and led her up to the third floor and went into an open elevator that was empty. Soon they were at the floor they needed and the butler hooked her collar to an iron lock that was attached to a wall. She didn't have a lot of moving space, thanks to the leash, but it was better than being stuck in a cage. Lilian stood, looking down at the floor, her tears finally getting the better of her and falling to the floor. Her old master was gone now, and she was going to be stuck with a new one at some point. The butler that led her there was already gone without a trace.

Daniel walked in and sighed as he walked up to the directory and looked around. He then made his way over to the counter and asked if there were any slaves or pets that had any link to anything involving fire. He was told that they had just gotten a mixed breed pheonix girl in and that she could be found on the third floor. He nodded and headed over to the elevator, heading up to the third floor and walking in and instantly saw the person the receptionist had told him about, crying on the floor as if her life was over. He walked over to her and crouched down to stare at her but didn't say anything, simply watching to see how she would react when she realized that he was there.

Shay Heartman -Chained- My Owner Is... Master Austin. -Thoughts- 'I wonder what this will be like..' 'Beautiful and Deadly.' [back!]
Shay smirked slightly at his comment, and remained still as he bent down closer. She followed silently as he walked towards the elevator, her boots making the scuffing noise once more as she moved gracefully. Her cloak flowed slightly behind her, giving her a slightly ghostly look. She then began thinking to herself, her eyes drifting everywhere. Shay often tended to do that when she was thinking about something. As if she was in her own little world. 'Yes.. I wonder who will crack first...' she thought, the smirk once again appearing on her pale lips. In her mind, she laughed lightly.
