Do you think its a good idea I mean challenge mode proved that co-op can work between two players for the Pikmin series in 2,so why not go further and allow a friend to explore the world maps with you in story mode for 3?

I think it would be a great idea. It certainly would speed up getting things done and taking down enemies would be a breeze. Though, it would seem like it could get confusing if there is a split-screen.

thats actually what i thought pikmin 2 was when i first got it, but was oughtly dissapointed. Its a great idea, but should be optional (maybe seperate campaigns/etc. for single and multiplayer), they'd have to make some more diffocult enemies though to make it worthwhile.
