{Kaira-♥-Marie-♥-Walker-♥}↘ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXSo give me a reason to prove me wrong, to wash the memory clean..
Listening to the slight humming of the car for the past hour or so as they finally reached her Master's house, drove her insane. One man cut the engine. Thank god.. She signed in relief. Did he really have to live so far from the market place? I guess it's good; the farther away I am from that horrid... Kaira was cut off as the guard pulled her out, roughly tugging at her wrist like some worthless animal. She squirmed around a bit as a struggled but, his grip was firm and she didn't want to be beaten, yet again from that mans hand. She stumbled along trying to keep up with him. Kaira only took one look around as she basically ran to kept up.
I wonder how long until I'm sent back again ? She watched as the man knocked on the door, twice. And stood awaiting, usually they would just leave her and go.. Who's so important that they'd wait? She thought nervously as she played around with her hair a bit. The guard had showed her some pity and unlocked her chains.. After the beating, how ironic. Her cheeks were still bruised from it, and also her forearm's. Her eyes beamed around the rather large place, her tail swayed from side to side, but her gaze soon followed back to the door. She didn't look interested but, it looked amusing! She fought the urge to smile and explore, but, that wouldn't be smart, especially at some stranger's house.

Softly we tremble tonight, picture perfect fading smiles are all that's left in sight, I said I'd never leave, you'll never change I'm not satisfied with where I'm at in life. Am I supposed to be happy? With all I ever wanted, it comes with a price. You said, you said that you would die for me... Ʌҡɪɧɪҟσ Ҥɪɗеҝɪ XXXXXX Silence ran through the house until two knocks sounded from the door. Akihiko looked up from his paper work as he sat in his study. Many papers lay on his desk and a pen in his left hand. Was he expected someone today? Oh yes, a 'slave'. So she was suppose to be coming today? He returned to finishing the last sentence before neatly putting the papers in a black folder and putting the folder off to the side. Pushing the chair back, he stood up and used inhuman speed to vanish from his study. Of course, he closed the door and locked it behind him before heading downstairs. A maid had already made it to the door before the prince. He waited at the foot of the stairs, watching silently as the maid pulled the door open. Her eyes ran over the guard, then Kaira before moving out of the way for Akihiko who appeared before them in the blink of an eye.
He did not seem to happy to see the bruises over Kaira's body, didn't these guards have any common sense? Why would one bother delivering broken or wounded merchandise? Though, Akihiko really didn't think of people like that but still. His dark blue eyes shifted to the guard, "Should I bother to even ask why she is bruised in such a manner?" His voice was flat. Emotionless even. Along with his eyes and face. Though he was slightly irritated. Couldn't these guards do anything right? Still, the prince took money from his pocket and held it out to the guard. No tip included. This man didn't deserve one anyway. Just by appearance, and by the home that he lived in, it was obvious that Akihiko was rich. And someone who was high up in ranks. He rarely ever let others know that he was a prince until one of his servants said it. It annoyed him when people treated him completely different from everyone else just because he was royalty. Was he not human enough like everyone else? We made plans to grow old, believe me there was truth in all those stories that I told. Lost in a simple game cat and mouse, Are we the same people as before this came to light? Am I supposed to be happy? with all I ever wanted, it comes with a price. You said, you said that you would die for me... You must live for me too'... For me too...yeah, yeah... You said that you would die for me... Out Of Commands: .:: A withered past and a blurry future, My hearts on an auction, It goes out to the highest bid. I live to fast, and I know I will lose her, But there is an option, to die is to live in her head. So I'll hang on, never let go. I dug this pain into my chest. ::.

Kaira's attention soon wandered to something else. Like it always does, it was pitch quiet around here... Does anything happened around here..? A sound of a knob turning caught her attention, Here it goes.. Kaira straightened and her eyes narrowed as a women dressed in a maid's uniform had apparently answered the door. I guess they're to go along with his mansion of his. With a blink of the eye, a man with long brown hair appeared in front of the door, Kaira took a double take and let out a smile. Her eyes must have fooled her. He seemed serious and... Tense even?
The guard glared back at Akihiko, he took a moment, he could easily tell the man was irritated with the girls appearance, of course the bruises. A smirk had claimed his face and he replied, "You could." Should he had really tried pushing his buttons? I think not. What a very stubborn man. Kaira signed at the thought of someone actually willing to buy her, for what use? The guard grabbed the money, and was on his way. As she noticed the guard walk away, she looked up at Akihiko, and studied him a bit, she had heard one of the men talk about him on the car ride here, he seemed nothing as they said. Well definitely not ruthless and well, mean. Kaira's tail stopped swaying as she remembered his emotionless voice, and unreadable face he had on. Still. She tried. Taking a slight bow out of respect, she smiled, "I'm not sure that is a worry, I.. Do heal." She stated, her ear twitched as she said that, it only reminded her of how it hurts, a bit confused on why he really cared, maybe it was just because he was buying her. Yeah that's it. Merchandise.

Am I supposed to be happy? With all I ever wanted, it comes with a price. You said, you said that you would die for me... Ʌҡɪɧɪҟσ Ҥɪɗеҝɪ XXXXXX The prince stared after the guard before glancing at the maid over his shoulder. "Remind me why I don't just let my guard dogs go after him." he muttered. The maid smiled weakly, "The King wouldn't be happy with you." she replied softly. The small boy Kaira gave made Akihiko's gaze return to her again. He bowed his head slightly before stepping out of the way for her to enter. "Whether you heal or not, you should not have been wounded to begin with. Those worthless guards have no respect. . ." Still, everything about him was unreadable. Emotion was a weakness, as his father always used to say. Luckily, he's living far from here.
No matter what people said about the prince, he wasn't that bad of a man. He never exactly lost his temper but he never really revealed any emotion to begin with. Unless he was around his sister. His hands slid into the front pockets of his pants as he looked at Kaira. Though many people found him polite and calm. Which was more of a problem then it would seem.
He knew that Kaira was probably wondering why he cared. It was complicated. There were a few reasons as to why she was here, 1) He needed company when there was no one else around and 2) He knew how slaves were treated, he was trying to save someone. She happened to be the one chosen. As Kaira entered, the door closed behind her and the maid waited to the side patiently for an order. "What is your name?" Akihiko asked calmly. It was easier to get everyone introduced first before tours and such were given. He would probably send a maid to take her shopping for clothing and such tomorrow, of maybe he could just send them out now. . . So negative.. She didn't pay much attention to what he said to his maid, even though she could probably over hear what they were saying if she wanted. Her hearing was much better then any regular humans after all. As he had moved to the side, she thought Is that some invitation? Apparently. Kaira hadn't been around most people like he, he seemed emotionless and untouched by anything that really went on. She then walked in and stood aside, out of place was more like it. She glanced at him once, still having a small bored like smile on her face. "Not much people do have respect these days." She replied softly, maybe he was living in some kind of bubble because no one, well, where she just came from had any respect for anyone. It was all business.
She held one of her forearms with her hand, the bruises hurt but not as bad, she could only remember her mother saying that she must have done something to deserve it. She did. She struggled. That's it, a slight struggle. Kaira smiled as he asked, "My names Kaira. Kaira Walker." She said sounding proud. "What may I call you?" She asked kindly, he was actually starting to make her calm, with everything being quiet around here, and I guess attention was on her.. For now.
Sure, she wasn't a talker but, she'd make it up in personality if you give her a chance. Kaira's tail swayed happily, the smile never leaving her pink stained lips. She pressed her lips together and let her head slip into the clouds once again.

Ʌҡɪɧɪҟσ Ҥɪɗеҝɪ XXXXXX "I see that now." Akihiko replied to her comment. Those guards better smarten up, they give lip to Akahana and there will be trouble. he thought silently. Sure, anyone who didn't know who he was may think that he was living in a bubble or had high expectations. As a prince, he didn't like being disrespected. It did annoy him but sitting quiet was the least that he could do to keep his family- as well as himself- off the radar temporarily. Even he didn't want to say any bad magazines criticizing them. The King made perfectly sure to let his children know that if they got into any trouble, the consequences wouldn't be pretty. Akihiko didn't want to learn that first hand. While his father was more strict and definitely merciless, he was a little kinder. He remembered what happened to those who disrespected or didn't listen to his father, he didn't want any of that to happen to him.
This time, he managed to ignore the bruises. "Well, you have a beautiful name Kaira." he replied. It was good that she sounded proud while saying her name. And by the bruises along her arms, it wasn't hard to tell that the girl was a fighter. Which would probably get her fairly far in life. Quitters honestly just made him sick. Someone strong and intelligent was always welcomed into his household. "You may just call me Akihiko Hideki." Don't think for a moment that he hadn't picked up on her ignorance to who he was. Though, it wouldn't be too long until a servant called him 'Prince' and gave it away. Still, even when she did know, 'Akihiko' would do just fine. Everything else was just unnecessary. Even in public. Prince, your highness, sir, your majesty. They were all too much in his opinion. He had tried everything to get his servants to just say his first name, but they were under the King's orders. They wouldn't listen to such a request from the Prince.
It appeared that the calm and quiet environment was actually managing to calm Kaira down. Which was pretty good. She would be living here now so she may want to relax sooner then later. For now, all attention was on her. And Akihiko would be happy to answer any questions or give her a tour through the mansion. His maid would probably feed her and find something for her to wear tonight, until tomorrow that is. He had nothing more to do tonight, he finished everything else early this morning so he could have some time to himself. Seems that the time he planned for himself would be going to Kaira. Oh well, it would be worth it. Akihiko wasn't a big talker either. And when he did speak, he usually tried to say as little as possible.
The smile on Kaira's lips hadn't gone unnoticed. Or the way her tail swayed. He knew enough about animals to tell that she was content. Which was of course good, the happier and more relaxed that everyone was. The easier it would be to get along. "Are you hungry, Lady Kaira?" the maid asked softly. We made plans to grow old, believe me there was truth in all those stories that I told. Lost in a simple game cat and mouse, Are we the same people as before this came to light? {Kaira-♥-Marie-♥-Walker-♥}↘ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXSo give me a reason to prove me wrong, to wash the memory clean..
Kaira didn't think much on why he was so caught up on those guards.. if it were her witnessing the damage she probably wouldn't act any different, except maybe a little more temperamental at that. I guess it was just to normal to her to witness these things, plus go through them. That's how they were different, compared to Akihiko. Knowing her facial appearance bothered him some, Kaira couldn't help but wonder. He seemed to have luck, wealth, and faith on his side. Another with many other things. She couldn't help but, to think if he had been the type of child to go running to his brother if anything were wrong. Maybe it was her just being rude, I really shouldn't judge, put the past behind. He seems nice, just quiet.
Her smile on grew, with Akihiko complement. Thinking back to what the guards might have mentioned, Kaira only remembered them saying 'He was in a high place,' well, something like that, 'High enough to kill for.' What was that suppose to mean? A high place? The sky is pretty high.. She couldn't help but, giggle mentally. She stayed focused on reality though. Whatever those men were talking about didn't seem to caught her interest. Nothing does these days. It just was better for her to tune them out completely, I mean who wanted to hear about killings, rapes and other vial things? I murder.. Being what she is, she wasn't a killer, her collar would had said that. Where was it? Lost, somewhere in the market place. Oh well, it's long gone now. Although she did like toying with that thing.
"Thank you." She said in return, that name.. It sounded familiar. The thought didn't come to her at the time, to many things were going on for her to try and name something as simple as a name. "Akihiko Hideki." She repeated in a soft tone. It had a ring to it! Her ears perked up, "What a nice name, I don't think I've ever heard of it before." Her attention soon turned to the maid, she had almost forgotten she was standing there. She had been so quiet. Unnatural.. It was hard to be quiet, well for Kaira. The only time she wasn't getting into something, would be when ordered to o something or her head were in the clouds.
She remembered the last time she had eaten, it was... Her mind went blank but, it seemed rude to her to accept. Should she? Her tail soon came to a halt. She glanced at the maid, Lady Kaira? That's a new one. "Actually, I'm not, thank you for asking." It was kind of hard for Kaira to answer, Akihiko and his maid both seemed to speak properly, and such. She didn't want to do or say anything to offered her 'New Master.'

Am I supposed to be happy? With all I ever wanted, it comes with a price. You said, you said that you would die for me... Ʌҡɪɧɪҟσ Ҥɪɗеҝɪ XXXXXX A high place. Heh, that he was. The throne was a high enough place that anyone would kill for. Akihiko didn't have to worry about attacks often. He had guards that would kill and die for him, and for that, he was forever in their debts. He could hold his own though, when the time came. Sword fighting was easy for him. He had a collection as well. Though, Kaira's thought wasn't exactly close. Akihiko had always been the type to deal with his own problems. He needed no one. And he never went to anyone for help. His pride always got into the way. Why use the help of others when he was just as capable?
He watched her smile grow at his compliment. It was just how he was raised. Females deserved respect, didn't they? Chivalry couldn't possibly be dead yet. And males, it depends on personality. These days, not many men Akihiko's age were like him. And that was a problem. It meant he couldn't have many friends around his age, so he was stuck with the older people who were in just as high a position as he. And the older people seemed to stuck in the older days then to want to have anything to do with today. How many times had his father just decided to write something out instead of printing it out or something?
"Your quite welcome." Akihiko listened as she repeated his name softly, her ears seemed to perk up after repeating it. "Thank you." Now there's a surprise. he thought. How many people didn't know who he was? Only a few. Then again, it was better if she was clueless at least for now. He doubted that she would be the type to treat anyone of royalty like they were anything special. But if she did, he didn't want her to know just yet. Ignorance is bliss. Was he ashamed to be a prince? No, not really. It had it's pros and cons like everything else in life.
The maid met Kaira's gaze and smiled warmly. "Amira, Prepare something for her anyway. If she becomes hungry, she can eat then instead of waiting. I'll give her a tour." The maid, Amira, nodded at the command before turning on her heels and walking out of the room silently. Akihiko turned his attention back to Kaira. "First things first, I suppose. You are not a slave here, not even close. You may come and go as you please. If you require money, just ask. You may do whatever you wish. My home is yours." He said seriously. During her stay here, Kaira was basically free. He would not hold her back by ordering her around. Hopefully, this place was to her liking. He wasn't exactly the type to stop a slave from running away. It was all up to her. All her decision. Akihiko could tell that she was trying to mind her manners, probably trying not to offend anyone.
She soon was over come with feeling she really should know him, but, sadly Kaira really had no clue on who this man standing in front of her was. Should she? .. It didn't seem to matter much on who he was, he was Akihiko Hideki whoever that was.. This bothered her, he didn't seem like anyone she heard about. The throne would be the last place she would ever think of. Sure, she knew about the King and some Prince. Did she remember they're names? Not at all. It didn't seem important. They're paths wont cross anytime soon, right? Completely wrong.
Kaira calmed herself, she was getting to hyper again. It's possible because these people seem to be to calm, did they ever have any fun? Another question is, what did they do for fun? A ball or something. Who knows. Kaira didn't reply, she really was speechless for the moment being. What was there to say? The conversation, wait. What conversation, it was only small talk.
She only watched as the maid walked off, she wasn't going to object of course. It'd be utterly rude. Her gaze still being on the maid as she walked off, quickly turning back to Akihiko as he spoke. 'First things, first.' Means rules in Kaira's book. She tilted her head slightly, So basically free. One of her ear's down and the other horizon. " You are a odd man, I apologize but, I simply cannot figure you out Akihiko. Why am I even here if I'm not to help out?" I bet no one has told him that before, she thought but, it seemed wrong to had said that. Ahh well, can't take it back now. Akihiko was probably just being kind, but, Kaira did speak her mind..

Am I supposed to be happy? With all I ever wanted, it comes with a price. You said, you said that you would die for me... Ʌҡɪɧɪҟσ Ҥɪɗеҝɪ XXXXXX Akihiko couldn't help but chuckle at her comment, before laughing. "Excuse me. It's been a while since anyone has said that." He slowly became calm again, returning to his serious demeanor. "Company." he replied simply. Which was one of the reasons why she was here. But he wouldn't just say, 'Oh, well. For company and because I'm basically trying to save someone from that hell called a warehouse.' Although he would have but it just didn't seem like the right thing to say. Her comment didn't annoy of offend him at all. At least she had enough guts to speak her mind while others would probably just have been quiet.
For fun? Around here, riding horses and throwing a ball were considered 'fun'. He was only eighteen. But the life of a normal teenager was unknown to him. Partying and such had never been in his father's vocabulary. It was always the same thing. 'You are a young prince. You cannot bother yourself with such lowly things.' Yes, it did bother him. Akihiko barely found any freedom but his eldest sister, Akahana, didn't seem to care about what her father said. If she wanted to have fun, she would. Even if it meant skate boarding or something like that. She just didn't care. But she wasn't the next in line for the throne, oddly enough. He doubted that Kaira would be interested in going to a ball, Lord only knew that he hated them. Would he admit it? No. "You seem to have other questions." She just seemed plain confused. Like she was trying to remember something and figure him out. Which wasn't going to happen any time soon. We made plans to grow old, believe me there was truth in all those stories that I told. {Kaira-♥-Marie-♥-Walker-♥}↘ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXSo give me a reason to prove me wrong, to wash the memory clean..
Kaira was surprised by his laughing, he really thought it was funny. She smiled warmly, in return. At least he wasn't offended. Company? That's all. I guess someone like him would want company, someone he really could talk to or something of the sort. Yeah but, he seems to have many people. Also it must be hard to talk to people around here.. She knew the real reason Akihiko had sent for a slave. 1) To either get them out of that horrid place. 2) He actually was true to his word on 'company'. 3) He needed help around his house or whatever. Now I don't think he needed any help, he has maids. So then?
The thought came back, his name ran through her mind once more, like she had to.. No; she actually knew who he was but, to figure that out. Finally, just finally it dawned on her, she hadn't quite figured it out completely. 'Akihiko Hideki' Small portions of the past came to her mind, the forgotten or blocked out things. Sure, Kaira was scatter brained at times but, you learn to love it. She remembered being a mere child at the time, her friend's used to whisper his name and wish for him.. Awkwardly as it sounds. She remembered. Most of her childhood was forgotten anyway, no wonder she didn't remember him. She didn't didn't.
"I have many, they may be useless for you but, interesting to me. It's useless to answer them though." She smiled weakly, being as curious as she were, Kaira would ask anything that came to mind. Her tail wrapped swayed slowly, like a tiger's did when they were ready to pounce.

Am I supposed to be happy? With all I ever wanted, it comes with a price. You said, you said that you would die for me... Ʌҡɪɧɪҟσ Ҥɪɗеҝɪ XXXXXX It was hard to talk to people around here. But also impossible. Whatever happened around here also managed to reach his father. Most teenagers say that their parent's are strict. They probably don't have a father who has to know everything that happened at his son's estate and actually sent the servants as spies. Akihiko found that out long ago, and learned to deal with and ignore it.
"Prince Akihiko," called a female voice from upstairs. "Cover blown." Akihiko whispered before sighing softly. "Yes, Lily?". "Should I polish the swords?" The voice asked sweetly. Akihiko lightly pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed again, "Whatever, Lily." he replied. The prince looked at Kaira again. "I'll answer any questions you have. No matter how useless they may be." he said seriously. He was calm still, as though nothing had just happened. His fifteen minutes of just not being known were gone. "Shall we move to the sitting room then? I'm sure you don't want to stand the whole time." He asked. He didn't want to stand the whole time, that was for sure.
It was amusing how even as a child, his name was always on everyone's lips and how people always wanted to meet him. Or they just wished for him period. Which was why he began to get home schooled when he was six. Akahana decided to do the same so he had some company then. His long brown hair swayed as he glanced at the window. It wouldn't be long before night approached. And he still had one more important thing to take care of before sleeping for the night. ::.

{Kaira-♥-Marie-♥-Walker-♥}↘ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXSo give me a reason to prove me wrong, to wash the memory clean..
She stayed quiet as a voice called out to Akihiko. Prince Akihiko.. She did hear the women's voice correctly? She wasn't happy finding out who this man was, for some reason. It'd actually be a lot easier to talk ot at least try to if he wasn't a prince. That's probably why he's so quiet, kind and well, different. He can only be within his teenage years, he acted older though. I guess raised like that.
Karia's long black eye lashes narrowed at him, Aren't I ignorant. She blew out a quiet huff. This only would become awkward, she no longer had any questions to ask, nor nothing to say as much. "Sure." She said softly, letting her hair fall into place, not yet covering to eyes more to the side. She awaited to Akihiko, it was his house by the way. And also she'd most likely get lost in here sometime around.
"I rather not ask anything anymore." Kaira crossed her arms and pressed her lips together. She tended to do that. A prince. The same prince my friend's used to talk about. The same guy who they used to go crazy over, and he's standing in front of me. Irony? She almost laughed at that but didn't. Was he always so serious? Why be so serious when you have the world at you're feet?

Softly we tremble tonight, picture perfect fading smiles are all that's left in sight, I said I'd never leave, you'll never change I'm not satisfied with where I'm at in life. Am I supposed to be happy? With all I ever wanted, it comes with a price. You said, you said that you would die for me... Ʌҡɪɧɪҟσ Ҥɪɗеҝɪ XXXXXX Akihiko noticed the sudden change that happened with Kaira as soon as she found out. Which was kind of what he worried about. But still, he said nothing about it. She didn't have to suddenly become quiet. It wasn't that big of a deal. So, she was talking to a prince. He was basically just like everyone else. He just had more things then most people. The silence slowly proved at be awkward and he honestly despised it. Calmly, he walked out of the foyer and turned left into the living room. Maybe it would just be easier to let a maid give her a tour and such. And for once, more then ever, he wanted someone to give him work to get away from Kaira for a while.
She seemed suddenly. . . angry maybe? Still, his serious and calm expression didn't falter. Just because he had the world at his feet didn't mean anything. At times, he wanted to give up his throne. Based on his father, that was only a temporary feeling and he would never be allowed to do so anyway. But years of just being bossed around and never actually knowing what the life of a child or teenager should be like, always bothered him. But he couldn't afford to get his father on his bad side. Akihiko didn't expect Kaira to understand. He knew she wouldn't. As though to answer his silent wish, a maid walked into the room holding a white envelope with a red stamp with a royal crest, an old fashioned crown (As soon below Akihiko's posts). "You have more work to do, sir. From the King." she said handing him the envelope and waiting silently. Akihiko didn't bother to open the envelope yet. "I leave Kaira in your hand's then." he replied seriously before leaving the room without a sound or another look back. The maid sighed but turned to Kaira, "I suppose we should start with the tour, miss?"
The prince made his way to the third floor and into his study were he locked the door and made his way to his desk. He sat down and opened the envelope, his midnight blue eyes blazed angrily at the letter before he got back to work. It would be another long and sleepless night. Out Of Commands: .:: Haha. He's used to it by now. She's so mean on this. >< Rofl. ::.
