In order to attain ranks in this squad you must first take a written test (passed on honor, use bleach wiki if you want IDC) to ascertain your mental knowledge of squad 2 and our functions then a short battle test where you will fight a clone of me that has many of it's powers drained. (Basically it'll be me controlling a clone of me that only has shikai)
