Yeah....."kitty" you can make a comic and subit your art
just remember to say your the artist ( and also make a copy of it, so that e can copy that copy, i want most of the Orginal pieces of art to stay with thier rightful owners)

Kitty_the_Shadow Can I sign Kitty instead of my name? yes of course thats what i had ment...i actually have to tell carllos to cover my name up in it and just leave Spar 118 there and send to me a message what your gonna MAYBE hand to me for the magazine *again make sure its a COPY of it....no originals.....*

You draw well Comrade! Keep it Up!I may draw good, but I suck at drawing poses, and another thing: I can't draw the same thing again(if it is really good), its too hard. So that's why I could never make a manga, actually I just need to sharpen my skills a bit..
