I do believe in the "complete control" access in that's what is going on, but i also suggests that Both parties on each side SHOULD IN FACT have like a mini council. To be honest people make mistakes I'm not saying you will make mistakes I'm saying that people do it its natural. The council would not be like it used to be...more like a board of advisers. This board should be well planned out on who is in it though, I say it should be all of the original captains and Reddeye for the Soul reapers and Kaicho, Dakota and whom ever they so choose. This advisory board should have like 5 members total.


I'm not saying give the power to the council have Red and Kaicho still have complete Control but think as them as advisers hence the name. Its the fact due to these resent current of event we as the Soul reapers of the Seretei have come close to dieing 3 times hence on from when i got my captains spot and WE NEED TO PUT AN END TO IT KNOW...we need to encourage the people to seek advise from others before making a plan...

Also which brings me to another fact i would like to appoint to Reddeye and Kaicho. Two Rpcs now i don't me 2 Captain RPCs or 2 ESPADA RPCS im mean a temporary era in which people can create 2 different RPCs until we get back up on our feet. If one is a captain or espada their next RPC's has to be a low leveled one. No one should have more than 2 captains spot. Just as a temporary basis on whom is actually trying to keep the guild alive..


Squad 12 Captain aka me is changing a little bit now i don't mean my RPC..its going to be how i vote and how i talk to you..I Tried to be the captain who is always nice and wise, i gave emotional support, i gave twist into the guilds plot Kilala's murder for one. AND ONLY ONE PERSON IS IN FACT TRYING TO UNCOVER THIS MYSTERY AND HE ISN'T EVEN A CAPTAIN!!! Now i know i can be more active AND I PLAN TO, i will still be always nice and wise BUT when time comes ill be ruthless and mean in judging, I wish i didn't have to change i hate being mean but this is the only thing THAT I CAN DO, i have made countless announcements in other guilds for this guild but the people i attract are non literate type of role players people who only post one sentence per post.. I'm in fact still trying to get people here though my recent efforts had been futile.

ALSO squad 12 is going to be booking it out in inventions, which brings me to my last point. When squad 12 makes an invention in my opinion it should be judged by the Soul Society and Espada captain, now i have been told that no other squad 12 captain has done it and just made them. No when i look at that i see a huge window for god modding, inventions who have no purpose, and an invention that could kill us all, As Srots members we should adapt each squad's ability and power, Therefore i propose a new forum FOR ALL SQUAD CAPTAINS, This forum should in fact do with the squads abilities now i don't mean squad abilities like in power, I MEAN THEIR JURISDICTION and such. We need to bond closer, we need to propose to each others strengths and weaknesses or this guild will die.

NO ONE WANTS THIS GUILD TO DIE DO WE???

Also as my last and FINAL note, as squad 12 captain I'm reassuring you if you have a invention idea BRING IT TO ME, i will make it if it follows standards and codes in fact im making for Invention submit request next. The only, ONLY captain that's has came to me with an idea of an invention to help his squad out is Captain of squad 13, [ Roronoa Zoro ] i beg you come to me it doesn't have to be an invention for just the whole guild to use, it can be limited to your squad. But accessible to mine so we have backups etc...

Well in all reality, you always have a voice to bring up ideas to me. Everyone who has been around me long enough knows that I am not one that generally acts on haste and without being sure of something. I am usually one that tries to look at all details of things first, try to weigh out the good and bad, and see if the good out weighs the bad by enough. So by now you all should have known that coming up to be about ideas is something you already had available from the moment I moved to be commander and chief. I know personally that I do have a good amount of ideas that could help this guild, but I don't have all the ideas, so I am always open to other opinions.

I like the invention idea you brought up, because you are right, it was a huge window to god modding. So I think you have something going for you, and also, don't call me master, lol. Unless you are my slave, you have no need to call me that man.
