Although Vita's home may appear dank and dull to any casual passerby it was heaven for Vita. He hardly ever went inside the house so it really didn't matter that most of it was missing a roof and there were no furnishings. The rent was incredibly cheap and it kept his mother satisfied that he was living like a human; indoors.
In truth he slept in the yard. The yard was so utterly different from the shabby house.
