In your opinion, what happened to the second and eleventh Primarchs and thier legions that caused them to be deleted from Imperial History and records?

Well it was mentioned in False Gods that Horus possibly killed one of the primarchs in its incubator pod during his "healing" but its unknown whether it actually effects the timeline. Some say they are lost in the warp, others say they were just never found by the Emperor.

Chaos only showed Horus what it wanted him to see.

Well, First Heretic has shed some new light to the "Forgotten and the Purged" Apparently these legions had somehow shamed the Imperium. The other Primarchs apparently swore to the Emperor never to mention them again. A comment made by a Word Bearer implies that the surviving members of the legions were absorbed into the Ultramarines.

There was a rumor that the warhammer fantasy planet was in the eye of terror, and one of the lost primarchs landed there and became the man known as Sigmar.

You be trollin.

That is something alot of players end up saying because it's easy to leap from one universe to the other. But they are completely different and not connected in anyway beside Chaos.

In my personal opinion, the one that Horus supposedly killed survived and grew up disfigured, his genetic make-up also flawed, and thus making him a vassal not worthy of power. He was not ever found, or was slain by his own legion when they went looking for him with the Emperor.

The other, I believe took a portion of his own legion to another universe, while the majority of his legion refused to follow their primarch, and thus shaming them.

Both ways, it supports the fluff in the books, and makes for interesting stories.

I'm personally of the opinion that maybe they sided with xenos. I mean the Primarchs that fell to Chaos are still recorded, if as Excommunicae/Traitoris.

The First Heretic makes mention that both have been destroyed and are marked as tragic affairs that none dare to speak of ever again. Chances are, they had fallen to Chaos given the references made.

As for Sigmar, he was born from a woman and lived a normal childhood, so sayeth the novel Heldenhammer.

I always thought they got muted really badly and had to be euthanised.

As I had already mentioned, if they had fallen to chaos why are all traces of them expunged, but not the traitor primarchs who fell to chaos.

I didn't say they fell to Chaos. It's quite possible to have nothing to do with Chaos and get mutated. Look at Sanguinius: he's the purest of the pure and he had freaking wings. I meant that the two lost got hit with something like that only on a much larger scale.

It has been stated by GW that the Lost Primarchs are meant to allow people a chance to make their own fluff for a Space Marine or Chaos Marine army. I've encountered this discussion many times before on Relic News Forums and on MiniWargaming's Forums.

You don't have to intentionally leave that ambiguous. Hell if you read the Space Marine Codex, on page 8 it says that the Adeptus Terra have the gene seed for the Traitor Legions and they were placed under a time-locked stasis seal. There are no more records of thier gene seed after that. It is quite possible that during the Age of Apostasy the records of what the time-locked stasis contained may have been destroyed along with many of the records of the Second and Third Foundings. It is quite possible that the Adeptus Terra has accidentally used gene seed from the Traitor Legions to form new Chapters, which could account for some of the mutations and rampant desertions of certain Foundings. This is all speculation, but it sure sounds good.

Some mystery is always good, having everything handed to you on a platter makes things dull and uneventful.

Are you saying that having 10,000 years of history, much of which all record is lost, is not enogh to play with.
