I have read Eisenhorn Omnibus, Ravenor Omnibus and the first to Gaunt Omnibus. I own the 3rd on but havn't started it you.
Have to say Eisenhorn is just a great read and full recommend it

I must first agree with MasqueradeOfBlood, The Eisenhorn omnibus is one of the better reads if not the best out of all the Black library has to offer.
But I love the 40K universe, I have read many Many of their books. As well as the Horus Heresy book series is an eye opener when it comes to leaning the "back story" of the Imperium. The events which turned the Primarch Logar agains the God-Emperor and his Chaplin to corrupt once nobal Horus.
The Gaunts Ghost book series is easier to get into (Dan Abnett is a wonderful author) for it is eaiser to relate to the cast of characters being they are soldiers and well human, unlike the Astartes.
Though it still was a good story the only set of books i didnt Really get into was the Shela Copurnica books about the Adeptus Arbites. Maybe because it was a bit more of a cop-drama. But that is just opinion.

Name a warhammer book, and odds are that I've read it. A few of the collection books I haven't though, they went out of print before I could get my hands on them.
Gaunt's Ghost is my favorite though. So much more approachable than the Space Marines. Real and true grit in the thick of battle!

I've read and own Eisenhorn and Ravenor omnibuses. I'm currently finishing the Gaunt's Ghosts The Lost. I have read the entire Horus Heresy that has been released so far. I have also read the Blood Angels, Space Wolfs, and Ultramarines series. I have also read a myriad of misc. books.

I have to say I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to reading the books and playing 40K, but I have started reading the Space Wolf Omnibus and my husband supposedly just bought a book on the sisters of battle...or thats what he text me.

All of my novels are 40k novels. Right now I'm reading Courage and Honor from the Ultramarine series.

Been following the Horus Heresy since the begining. Offers some new incite to the Imperium and what may have been.

I've read a lot of 40k books, and I'd have to say the Eisenhorn Omnibus is my favorite of all.
It's what inspired me to get into Dark Heresy, too.

I haven't actually read any of the WH40K fluff yet. The only Warhammer series I read was The Vampire Genevieve, which was alright. More of a Forgotten Realms guy, myself, but I'll have to keep my eyes open for some of the ones you guys mentioned and give 'em a once over.

I love Ciaphas Cain. He's really entertaining.
I've also read the Eisenhorn omnibus and the Blood Angels omnibus. Eisenhorn was awesome, Blood Angels cracked me up.
I'm reading the Horus Heresy series and the Gaunt's Ghosts; and like both. I think Dan Abnett is my favourite Black Library author.

You do know that Dan Abnett has started work on a new trilogy he is tentatively calling Eisenhorn vs. Ravenor. I have also enjoyed the Dark Heresy series so far.

Sean King You do know that Dan Abnett has started work on a new trilogy he is tentatively calling Eisenhorn vs. Ravenor. I have also enjoyed the Dark Heresy series so far. Yes I very much keen to read those books because it all follows along a time time from Eisenhorn to Ravenor and will be the 3rd is his series of trilogies. It is ment to be around Bequin I think.
