Story- in the fall of 2012, Scientists we working on new high-energy experiments the research was top secret and no one knew what they were working on. At 3pm Tuesday August 13 and incident happen only now referred to as The Big Mistake suddenly multiple universes collided into ours changing the world as we know it leaving most cities in ruins, radioactive deserts, mutated jungles. more importantly the people changed and adapted mutating from the incident most people mutated but still kept most of their human DNA. You haven't, others have had this happen where they lost all human DNA and fused two mutant DNAs together these people are referred to as Fusions. Most people don't see anything special about Fusions, others fear them
The timezone: Post apocolptic world, there is advance technology (hover boards, light sabres, plasma rifles) but not much in the way of ecomony most place barter items, others will except gems and gold, cash and atm's are no longer available. also alot of places supplies are very scarce so ammo is hard to come by.
The plot: Resently the local scavengers, people hired to search for supplies for the town, have gone missing. The town as now gone 3 days with out new supplies and current supplies are running very low The mayor has offered a reward to anyone who can find out what has happened to the Scavengers
Rules: not god modding, overly insane powers, or instant hitting cybering is to be taken to pm's (though mutant sex ...) cursing keep to a minimal

Races- the mutations of Gamma world, you get 2 cause you're special if you have any questions about how 2 races would wok together please pm and i'll answer. (pm me under the subject Gamma Race)
Android- You were made, not born Powers - no need to breath, eat, sleep, or anything else - able to hack into computers, machines, and other electronical devices - you can upgrade yourself for combat ( ie mount a gun turret to your shoulder)
Weaknesses- you and water don't get along, you'll short circuit if wet - finding parts for repairs and upgrades can be tricky in this world - you're not the quietest machine, so sneaking is a problem for you
Cockroach - You're a mutated, sentient bug
Powers- corosive acid spit, melts alot of stuff, not everything - you can see easily in the dark - you can climb anything even upside down horizontal (this requires all your legs though so no sharpshooting)
Weaknesses- oh god bright light- you're blinded in bright light - easily distracted - food comes first, and you're easily lured to anything you may think is edible - repelled, areas that contain bug spray will repell you or choke you
Doppleganger- you harnessed the shattered time lines to duplicate yourself in combat
Powers- double up, make a second version of you (only two no shadow cloning here sorry)
Weaknesses- the copy you tends to be the ying to your yang and usually the opposite personality wise you can still work together in the end though
Electrokinetic- You're a living battery, capable of generating immense voltages of electricty Powers- Lightning - shoot bolts of lightning - Power on - any electrical devices you can turn on with your power sometimes even control them - immune to electricty
Weaknesses- you can only control one object at a time and are limited to what it can do (no frying some one with a hair dryer) - things that don't conduct electricity cause problems for you - you heal by recharging (power supplies), using your powers cause you to drain and weaken
Felinoid- You are descended from the great cats of ancient times
Powers- naturally clawed - you always have claws as a weapon - agile and acrobatic - sommersaults, back flips, wall jumping is childs play to you - enhanced senses, smell, hearing, sight
Weaknesses- loud noises, any loud sounds are worse to you thanks to enhanced hearing -
Giant - You're freakishly big- we're talking 7 or 8 feet and 400- 500 pounds
Powers- amazingly strong - flipping a car is a one man job for you - you stomp and the ground shakes causing everyone else nearby to lose balance
Weaknesses- small areas are not easy for you to access, (ie huts, caves, cars) - you're too big to hide so it's not easy to stealth - you strong but slow and sluggish
Gravity Controller- You direct one of the fundamental forces of the universe
Powers- raise gravity to slow down enemies, even stop solid projectiles - lower gravity to make higher jumps, make things easier to lift - repell anything around you or vice versa and drag things towards you
Weaknesses- your powers are limited to an area, basically the size of a room - you can only stop solid objects anything else will be uneffected
Hawkoid- You are a mutated bird of prey
Powers- you got wings you can fly - you got a keen eye making you an excellent shot - you got talons for feet so you can carry stuff and fly
Weaknesses- flying indoors is a no no, and not very safe - while flying and carrying something you're kinda slow - you can't use your hands when you fly so you have to drop what you're holding
Mind Coercer - You can manipulate the minds of others
Powers- Mind transfer - you can swap bodies with some one else they control you and you control them (normally used on npc's or creatures other plays please pm them and get permission as keep in mind this is a 2 way street) - you can talk telepathically, others can respond to your telepathic voice - you can read other's thoughts
Weaknesses- if your body dies in mind transfer you'll be stuck in the new body with it's powers (you can't keep transfering) - reading other's minds takes concentration so you can't really do it in the heat of battle
Plant - You are a sentient, mobile plant
Powers- rampant growth - your limbs are like vines you can grow the longer or shorter - poisonous pollen, you can cough out a cloud of poisonous spores - regeneration, lost a limb, no problem a new one will grow
Weaknesses- fire, you are flamable - you need water and sunlight on a daily basis or you'll start to die
Pyrokinetic- You like to start fires, heck you are on fire
Powers- body heat- your very warm to be around - flame thrower- you can toss and shoot balls of fire and streams of flames - immune to fire
Weaknesses- water really dowses your flames, swimming is also to be avoided - ice melts before you even get to it, - things that aren't flamable are a big problem for you
Radioactive- You channel the destructive forces that created Gamma Terra
Powers- immune to radiation - radiation beams, you can shoot a powerful beam of radiation out of your hands
Weaknesses- you glow constantly even your prints will glow for a short time - your touch melts anything you hold, you need specialized weapons for combat
Rat Swarm- You're a consciousness distributed across a swarm of squeaking vermin
Powers- you can form a tight pack of rats to take on a physical form at will, (ie look like a human just wear a long coat and mask) - rats can be sent out to scout and have a psychic link to the pack - even if a rat dies the pack will continue, until all the pack is dead
Weaknesses- you are a pack of rats, you don't have any weapons - you can communicate with telepathy but only within speaking range (ie same room) - rat repellent keeps you out of areas, as well as pest control bombs can kill your entire pack (rats with other animal like hawkoid, just turns into swarm of what ever the animal is ei rat swam plus cockoach turns into swarm of cockroaches)
Seismic- You're a creature of earth and stone
Powers- strong skin, it's hard to penatrate - stand firm, you can mold with the ground so nothing can move you - you can control the ground in a small area around you (room size)
Weaknesses- you have to take time to recreate any limbs and body parts that you lose (so can't do it in battle) - you can't jump or move very fast -
Speedster- Everyone moves like molasses compared to you
Powers- super speed, faster than anything else (races that are slow like giant and seismic can move as fast as those with out speed restrictions) - sonic impulse, your reaction time is spot on allowing you to stop on a dime or dodge while still at full speed -
Weaknesses- you're always hungry due to your heightened metabolism - you tend to rush everything, and can be impatient - (Races with speed restrictions can ignore weakness)
Telekinetic - You use the power of your mind to reshape the world around you
Powers- Psychic assault, you can toss objects at your opponent with the power of your mind psychic crush- you can squeeze and crush objects with your mind
Weaknesses- you're not physically strong or agile (compared to others of your race) - you can only lift one object at a time -
Yeti - You are bigfoot
Powers- immune to the cold - really strong, you can punch threw walls and lift crates easily but no car tossing -
Weaknesses- rage, you have short temper usually when you get hurt, and resort to melee combat - not that bright, you have trouble using any technology

Alpha and Omega techs
these are techs made by the central government to help daily life, they're very rare
Alpha techs: these allow a mutation for a short period of time usually a few hours then the tech need 24 hours to recharge the mutation could be anything from growing wings, to getting a giant claw, to growing a tail
omega techs are technological wonders they can produce any kind of machine from vehicles to weapons, the tech usually is destroyed after use though and is unsalvagible
Limits to Techs Alpha Flux and Omega Failure
techs can only be used 3 per a day. any more and you suffer either an alpha flux (if your 4th tech is a mutation) or an omega failure (if your 4th tech was an omega)
if an alpha flux happens the user loses all powers and mutations (they become human so to speak) and must wait 24 hours until they can reagain their abilities, if you are under alpha flux and try to use an alpha tech you will die
in omega failure the item you try to make explodes on you.

Creatures: not every place is hospitable in gamma world as other out casts and creatures roam the lands
examples of hostile creatures
Porkers: these half pig half human mutations like to hang out together forming gangs much like a biker gang. they're not very bright at times and tend to use pimitive melee weapons such as chains and bats becareful they do have a toxic belch attack capable of stunning any living creature
Hopbits: Half human, half rabbit these creatures think of themselves as the superior mutation, they tend to have burrows underground and function as their own society they're are various classes of Hopbits from warrior to gunner be careful they have developed a boot to help them hop long distances in a single bound
Secuity bots: these bots usually guard ancient ruins still thinking that the building is running they pack a nasty jolt of electricity but can also ram into you at a good speed hitting hard like a shotput ball though most guard ruins, some have managed to reprogram them to serve them
Badders: half man, half badger and all the attituted, Badders work more like a military group or mercanaries. they tend to use guns over melee and usually travel in groups having 3 soliders and one leader
these are the most known creatures to your area but be sure there are others

Sam's day was going pretty good up to this predicament his partner and him had entered. The zoo that was currently behind the attacking radiated wolves that were charging their way, had provided an excellent haul of animal skins that were found in a storage unit, a plethora of nick knacks and things at the location that had a faded sign, and even his partner was able to find generator to recharge off of. But that was not enough for Sam the scavenger, a man who's love of old crap was topped by his love of food he traded the crap for. NO! Sam just had to spot an old banged up car, in the perfect condition for salvaging. He had to pick the engine of parts and its battery, he just had to search the trunk for anything. And he just had to some how set off its alarm. An alarm that attracted the very thing that made this day turn sour.
Sam made sure his breathing mask was secure, then reached for his hunting rifle. There is no way I can shoot the Alpha wolf down, he stated, referring to the over sized wolf that looked more like an agile bear, through his mind to his partner, "I am hoping you can take care of it".

"I'll handle big beastie if you can keep the minions off my back," Payton replied, smirking as he pulled out his sword. To work on grabbing the thing's attention, he looked around for projectiles; finding one a few yards away, in a pavilion area. Tables. "Perfect." He reached out to them with his own mind, grasping hold of them and launching them at the Alpha, one at a time. One struck it's side, one struck it's back leg. Two more missed, and the third splintered on contact with it's head. To make sure it got the point, he waved his arms and shouted. "Hey, ugly! Let's dance!" The wolf charged almost immediately; Payton rolled out of the way with plenty of time to spare. His smirk grew wider as a plan began formulating in his mind. He positioned himself in front of a large building, and shouted at the wolf again. "Nice try, fleabag! Over here!"

As Payton distracted the Alpha wolf, Sam took aim at the smaller, yet surprisingly still large, rad-wolfs. A shot filled the air as one of the wolfs dropped and skidded on the pavement. The other two were still coming strong as Sam puled the bolt back in froward. Anther shot rang in the air, but the bullet missed its target. Then the wolfs were on Sam, or so they thought. As he pulled the bolt one more time, the closest of the two lunged, but only got air. Sam was standing above it with the barrel of his gun pressed on the back of its head. He pulled the trigger and turned to the last wolf that took him by surprise. It bit his gauntlet and tried to rip the metal off. Sam dropped his gun and began pounding on the Wolf with his other hand.

The Alpha charged at Payton once more- Payton once again evaded it with surprising ease. It smacked it's head against the wall behind him, and fell to it's side. Payton smirked- Game over. He pointed at the wolf's spine, electricity crackling down his arm and arcing out of his fingertips. The bolt struck the wolf dead-center in the spine, making it shake once then go limp. Either dead or paralyzed, and Payton didn't care either way. It wasn't a problem anymore, that was the point.

Sam was getting annoyed by this mongrel, and decided to get it over with. He put one foot behind the other and kept doing this in a curved pattern. Eventually he sped up to a point were he was spinning in place at such a speed that the wolf had to let go. After the sound of metal being scratched, the dog went flying and hit the car. It left a decent dent in the side as it got up a whimpered away. Well that was easy, he thought to his partner as he picked up his gun and loot, Now lets get the battery out of this thing and get out of hear before something bigger comes along. Or worse... better equipped.

"Agreed," Payton muttered, walking over to the car. "I'll bet this thing still has some oil in it, too. Lantern's running low," he reminded Sam, pulling the empty lantern from the side of his bag. The good thing about manipulating electricity- after pumping just the right amount into something conductive, you could control that as well. So the oil was siphoned with ease, and filled into the lantern. While Sam retrieved the battery, Payton kept a look-out. Nothing anywhere in view, but that didn't mean nothing was coming. He saw a street-lamp, and quickly magnetized himself to it and scrambled up to the top. Looking around again, he saw a few dust-clouds in the distance, heading their direction. "A group of about four, maybe five raiders... They have vehicles of some kind. Let's get out of here," He called, dropping to the ground and hurrying in the opposite direction of the dust clouds. "Maybe they'll attract something worse than wolfs? Alligators, if only."

Though one could not tell due to his breathing mask, he was smiling at his partner's comment. I can't remember the last time I saw one of those. Lets go. If my mind is correct, I think there is a town not far from here in the same direction we are heading. He thought to him and quickly moved with him towards the place of interest. It was not long that the town could be seen on the horizon, the only problem was night would be falling soon. And only god knew what came out at night.
Okay we have a situation, he told his partner, If we are to keep walking at this speed, we will make it to town before day break. But do we want to tread the night? This was a matter that needed be decided by both. Sam thought they would be fine for now, no caverns or loose ground has been spotted for a while. But who knew what still could be hiding.

"And that was the song Jingle Jangle Jingle. Because when you've got spurs, they tend to make those kinds of sounds." The radio hissed with a static that nearly distorted the whole last song. It was difficult to find a salvaged-in-tact radio, so Scirax wasn't one to complain about a little static. "You are listening to Fallout Radio, where we play the classics that'll make you fall right out of your chair, this next song is from the one and only Frank Sinatra and his classic rendition of the song: Blue Moon.
Scirax sighed at the nostalgia the song brought as a small cup floated to his mouth. He tilted his head back and downed the drink before grabbing the floating cup with his hand so he himself could place it on the bar in front of him. In this Armageddon, supplies are short, but for some reason, the tabs for the bar continue to grow. It's all just the same, still as sleazy as before The Big Mistake, just. . . less humane. Which is why Scirax appreciates music, its a near blessing to be able to witness the power of soothing sounds nowadays.
