I tried to fill out an application for Payless. I have to do it online which is just fine. At least it would be if they would make a usable website. The first thing that comes up is "pick a resume". Okay, I figured I must have missed the link or button or copy paste option to add a resume. Nope. There is nowhere to add a resume. I can only find add attatchment (cover letters and what not). I know it has to be somewhere but I can't find it. SO ******** them. I know I'm not going to be considered if I don't add a resume and there is no place that I can find to add one (I even tried searching on Google how to add a resume to payless application and crap like that) so, yeah...

Don't believe me? Try it. (If you figure it out, please tell me how to do it.)

this is a serious problem. I think what you should maybe try to do is go in the store and let them know whats going on. They may give you a number to fax the resume to.

Isn't it ridiculous? How the hell does anyone ever get hired at payless?

If I mention the word application in the store, the dummy at the register automatically says "you have to do it online" then they ignore me and start helping the next person in line.

yeah they are ******** idiots. And technically he can't do that to you. They have to fully assist you before helping others. i would have filed a complaint.

If I filed a complaint every time some dumbass behind the counter was rude to me, that is all I would ever do at the mall lol. Besides, it wouldn't have done any good. The manager probably would have smiled and nodded and then called me a b***h when I left.

rotglmao!!! oh I relate! Everytime I see a manager smile and sake their head as they're doing it I just want to punch them. Because we all know they won't do a damn thing about it. Those are the kinds of places you don't want to work at.

I know, right? I guess it would be better than getting in trouble every time a customer complained no matter what it was about. I've been there.

It was SO ridiculous! We had to do everything in our power to make them stop complaining no matter what they were complaining about. There was no "I can't do anything about that" I once asked where, exactly do we draw the line here? When is a request/complaint too ridiculous? I got a blank stare.

If shouldn't be that difficult to manage an application form on their part to aid people in getting hired. Their technical support team must be horrible.
