Honestly? I think when we lay down to take a nap when our bodies are not completely exerted and have no real need for sleep I believe that we do. Only because there is no way for us to NOT sleep once we have set our bodeis to the pattern. When our bodies give out on us though due to over exertion of the body and/or mind we fall asleep unwillingly. Without a thought of it on our own. Like myself. I don't sleep much. When I do my body makes me sleep while my mind keeps saying that I must keep going. It is a varying answer depending on whom you ask. I can assure you though that if anyone has intelligence and suffers from insomnia as I do then they will give you a roughly close answer to my own. Anything else Miss Uni Lady? whee
