One of my personal favorites...

Wojnar is a one man act from Poland. With a wonderful mixture of clean vocals with the occasional BM howl, this band is a wonderful blend for the person who enjoys BM and Folk music.

Agreed. Crushing stuff.

I enjoy this material on occasion, but I prefer stuff like Falkenbach a bit more. Wojnar is a great story teller though and his vocals are pure.

He pops up when I throw my playlists on shuffle/random and always takes me by surprise. It usually goes from something like Istapp or Turdus Merula to him. I have a soft spot for his hair though, hah.

The 'Z Najgłębszych Borów Pieśni Wam Niosę' album (if thats all correct) is a perfect match to go with a nice bowl of DMT, usually every trip I've done has been accompanied by this album. They both go hand in hand and every time I listen to the album alone It always gives me the exact same feeling as it does when I do journey. Great album, beautiful music. smile

I've never done DMT, part of me wants to, haha. I've done plenty of other things in my past, but never this. I've read a lot about it, sounds like a really crazy astral projection.

Thats just putting it lightly, even if it is one crazy trip it feels completely natural and like you're home.. in a sense. And coming down you feel like a million bucks. If you can ever get your hands on some most deffinetly do it, theres nothing to lose and a lot of knowledge to gain. ... make sure to put on a Wojnar album! biggrin

I live in Arizona, the home of the Sonoran toad, so it'd be pretty easy to harvest it myself. My only reason why I haven't done it is that I have a 1 1/2 year old daughter. I have a slight "fear", if you will, of trying something new. I did salvia not too long ago, that wasn't much of an experience. But I know that's nothing compared to DMT.

Thats completely understandable, well at least you have the Sonoran toad to harvest the dmt from when the time comes. smile I have to order Mimosa Hostilis root bark in order to extract it.

You guys are awesome. Possibly the only other recreational "travelers of the forest" I've met online.

I've never harvested DMT myself, nor knew the methods of extracting - I need to study the Vaults of Erowid more - but have ventured into the realms of the substance once before, at an old Indian Reservation here in Ohio(Police cannot tread on the ground, beautiful to be able to literally walk around with blunts, joints, bowls, anything... full of, well, anything.)that an event entitled Shadow Fest - side note, not a music fest, but an old hippie fest dedicated to LSD. Bad ******** a** - was taking place. To put a long boring story short, the trip I garnered was rather exceptional. I felt warm, both physically and mentally, felt like I understood the meaning of existence without even so much as thinking about it, and didn't realize I had came down until I realized I didn't actually know the meaning of existence. It really wasn't anywhere close to what I just described, but that's as close as words can come.

I didn't personally get to witness what it looked like, so I can't say with 100% accuracy that it was actually DMT, but it was befitting of all stories I've heard thus far.

Normally I enjoy copious amounts of weed intake, alcohol to an extent, and love the occasional acid trip(shrooms when the former is unavailable). I dabble in pain killers - percs more or less - from time to time as well.

Musically, I usually enjoy a variety of listens when I'm "less than sober", but I always tend to stay in the ambient/folk spectrum, though when it comes to metal, V:28 are excellent to listen to. Nebelung, Of The Wand & The Moon, Neun Welten, and Novemthree are great to listen to, Falkenbach being close behind. Tenhi are great ******** it, I'll make a thread..
