G City, is now only a s**t town, once the harbor used to bring in all sorts of goods to the place, it was a booming economic center. After everything fell to pieces though the places economy went bust, the glorious little place went to hell and was pretty much abandoned.

A lot of people still come in through here though, the place being a safe neutral zone. No one wants to claim it, or bother taking responsibility for it. No profit able to be made from the decrepit run down place, and the few supply's it has being useless for a working community, or a large gang.

Many new gangs are formed here, many new people getting off of the few boats that still use the harbor. The boats coming in mostly transporting illegal and worthless goods.
