I felt the need to start this topic.
I'm sure we've all been in one of these before. Say your name, your hobbies and interests, you know the rest I'm sure. Make sure you don't post anything too personal, though!
How about I start? You all can use mine as a guideline.
I'm Abhann, formerly Missus Lovett. You can call me by my username, or you can call me Miss, Missus, Missy, Lovett, anything you can think of involving the name Missus Lovett. It seems as if the name's stuck with me, regardless of my current one.
I love to write. I'm currently participating in NaNoWriMo, and I did Script Frenzy a few years ago. (Unfortunately I was unable to finish because of my busy schedule. I'm trying again when it rolls around next year.)
Music takes up a rather large portion of my life. I play the piano, guitar, and the harmonica. I aspire to learn the flute and the violin. I listen to pretty much all genres of music, be it rock, alternative, pop, you name it. I especially love folk/celtic, ambient, and reggae music. My favorite band currently is the Dirty Heads. The only genre I don't listen to is jazz.
In addition to that, I love to draw. I've been drawing for around four to five years, now, and it's just. Pure awesome. I'm not the best artist around though, I definitely have a good amount of elbow room for improvement.
Photography is also fun, but it's not something I'd like to pursue as a career. I'm looking at psychology for that, to be honest. If that doesn't work out, though, I've decided to become a hobo on the street with a sketchbook and a keyboard.

I'm very happy to be here and look forward to working with you all *bows*
Let's see a bit about myself. I love ballroom dancing, salsa, and line dancing. I like to draw anime. My favorite will always and forever be Sailor Moon, but I have recently expanded into Peach Girl and Fushigi Yuugi. I'm a video game junkie (Sims 3 is on XBox 360 twisted: I must have it), with a penchant for multitasking computer games. I love to cook, and well I love food in general. And last but not least, I enjoy writing.

Hey, you can call me Dirk, it's my secondary webernets name. I would have preferred to have kept it Slyke57 because I grew up with that as my username but it got banned for posting in the wrong areas too many times in Barton Town back when Gaia was full of only awesome nice people so like 5 years ago. (Except a Moderator apparently)
My passion is video games, I very much love them, a large variety of them. My best friend and I have aspired to become directors, our name is iQof2 we make videos and had a few out then my over expensive camera broke and now I'm jobless and finally finishing up school so we have to wait to make more videos sad
I love animals! I make any pet my best friend at your house xD
I like to draww but I'm not awesome or anything, oh yes I'm too humble to actually credit myself in anything. Unless I'm joking around then I'll sorta pretend I'm cocky and not tell you so you think I am actually cocky but you actually don't really know I'm humble. I enjoy confusing people in real life smile
I enjoy typing so I'm enjoying myself right now, and I've been Rping for years. Also I've been failing to find any Rp's that don't die 3 posts after I join and spent an hour reading up on, which is why I am here! Thanks to Lady Culprit up there, by the way thanks this place has epic potential! I'll probably PM you later thanking unless you read this first.

Greetings, I'm Sapphirianna. You may call me anything that relates to my username, usually people call me Sapph.
I am a medieval and fantasy freak. I really don't like guns, or "in-real-life" war. I'm participating in the NaNoWriMo this year, although I'm sure I won't finish in time. Which brings me to my next point: I've been writing for nearly all of my life, and am called the "walking thesaurus" by my brothers sometimes. I am a stickler for grammar and spelling sometimes, but like my moods, my OCD-ness shifts from lazy to extremely strict.
I love to roleplay, mostly as an elf. My characters each reflect a trait of myself, and some things I wish I was. Most of my characters are sarcastic, fun-loving, or even the quiet, fierce ones. I'll sometimes use text talk in random conversations, but I don't do it in roleplays.
I love any classical music, ballad types, Celtic, or piano. I'm not a huge fan of rap anymore, but I do like pop and rock (Christian based).
I am a devout Christian, so if I feel like my character should swear to give it a real life feel, it takes a lot of sacrifice for me. I get edgy around people who swear unnecessarily.
I draw, doodle, paint, and do photography a ton. I SING A LOT. I do a lot of fan art of some roleplays I've been in. I am currently working on a manga version of a roleplay in a Legend of Zelda guild.
I am a part of the bi-annual Zeldathon by TNMC Productions (Look up their YouTube account. I'm friends with the guys who are in charge of that.), so every once in a while, I will disappear for about a week.
I'm much more complex than this, but you'll find out more about me as time goes by.

My username is Kusugari, but most simply call me 'Kusu'. I've been role playing only a few months, but since I already enjoy writing and with a little help from guild restrictions I feel I'm at least semi-literate at least.
I have a tendency to always come up with absolutely original characters, mostly in the sci-fi and fantasy department, though I add a bit of real-life science to it at times. My proudest creation so far is a character named Michael, a combination of sci-fi cybernetic technology, genetic creation, futuristic armour, and scientifically explained origin, with fantasy angel-demon-human fusion with 'magic' abilities that can be improved impossibly fast, who also starts off an emotionless robot who can be molded by events depending on the storyline of the rp.
Enough about him, I am a gamer geek myself (though I don't own an Xbox or Ps3....yet.) and enjoy anime including Darker than Black, Black Cat, and Neon Genesis Evangelion. I've done two rps with Miss (sorry, that nickname kinda stuck for me Abhann...) who I hope isn't angry for my taking so long in making a character for this rp...(three days sweatdrop )
I happen to be Roman Catholic, though I'm not exactly devout. I'm too...scientific and fact based guy to totally believe that one powerful being controls the fundamental force of the universe, believes all virtues, and lets some of the most evil and mean people be billionaires. Then again, there is no proof against it! I also tend to look at things from different angles, such as how badly treated Germany was in WWI, or how Communism can be a good thing in some ways (The Russians made a bit of a mess of it though...). Like some of my characters, they tend to be sarcastic, yet unlike me they are sometimes rude and open.
I hope to enjoy this rp with you guys, though I have been depressed with having to quit several guilds due to how long they have been dead and the lack of posting on my part... I have yet to create a special posting format(something creative and such to go along with the post) so that sort of thing is something I will play around with. I prefer first-person narrative, though I am willing to do third person. I enjoy fairness when in battle, loathing any god-modding and auto-hitting.

And Kusu, take your time with making your character. Seriously everyone, there is no rush to get a character up right away.
Meeeehhh I'm an agnostic (going off the topic of religion). But I totally respect everyone's beliefs and things, don't think I'm someone close-minded. Actually, being an agnostic kind of keeps me open-minded, no? (;

Anywizzy, I'm a kid of many monkiers; Emi, Em, Emz, Emster, MZ, Nemi, Nep, Emilonius Defender of the Deep, or my username, LiveTrap.
I used to roleplay a LOT with Abhaan in an old old guild, but that place has done died, so now many moons later we find ourselves in this fancy magical world of Pasaid. Whee...
I'm shy. In real life at least. On the internet is where my real self comes out the most, or when I'm with my fellow thespians. Of course there's always a LOT more to me than meets those looky-balls. I'm really into (technical)theatre and I'm the assistant crewhead on the Lights and Sound crew. I live to create art, indulge in music, and explore the wonderful realm of dreams. When I graduate, I'm gonna be Mr.DoctorPoliceFireSpacemanBallerinaZookeeperCowboyPresidentOfTheUnitedStates.Or an illustrator for children's books. I'm kind of in love with surrealism and clouds. Salvador Dali and Adam "Doseone" Drucker are my heroes. My favorite color in the whole wide world is blue, and I'm a sucker for a thick Cockney accent. I like a lot of abstract and avant-garde wonders, and I can't resist a hot bowl of mac and cheese. I have decided that God plays us like the Sims because He gets very bored in Heaven. I survived Catholic school, and am in my junior year in high school. I SO wish I was a senior though. Hawaii is very boring and induces mental breakdowns. I miss California with all my heart and soul.

Hado, my name is NiGHTMARENKUNOiCHi, but you all may certainly call me "NiKi", if you'd like. I've been RPing for years, ever since I really started getting on the internet, and enjoy many, many things... I like to read, write, draw, listen to music, play video games, role play, and watch TV on occasion. But that's just a few. I "work" for the Black Pawn Movement as the artist... "Work" as in I don't get paid or anything (don't see why anybody would pay for my art as it is, anyway) and it's pretty much thrown-into volunteer work. I also have this annoying habit of getting very formal with my introductions then turning back into my normal, bumbling self in future posts... I usually end up switching back and forth between those styles in a rather spastic way. It's going to take a few (more) days for me to get into the role play, since I'm working on my character and trying to get down the basics of the world, but I think I'll enjoy things here. I also need to draw a picture of my character and get it scanned...
