Final Fantasy Characters and You!

I will be making a list of cannon Final Fantasy Characters open for people to apply to play as. Seeing as I, dont want to control a frack ton of NPCs.

Rules

1.) You may only ever have 1 at a time.
2.) You must RP the character in a way they would act.. no Good Sephiroth and no Evil Zack.
3.) They start out at Level 50 and have 1 Base Power, as well as 1 upgraded power... these being their Limit Breaks.
4.) At level 100 they recieve an Ultima level Power that is a Limit Break.
5.) They start out with a weapon that gives a total +10 to stats and at Level 75 gain an upgraded version that gives +20, spread out like a Keyblade or Dark Power.
6.) Cannot Eclipse/Lock Worlds, but may defeat Heartless...however.. they can never truly kill a heartless or nobody... simply beat them into unconsciousness and poofing them into black dust which retreats to their original realm.

New Custom Technique Rules...I'll work on Guidelines for what I feel should be acceptable for Keyblade/Dark Powers/Overdrive/Limit Breaks later on but will try to judge those submitted fairly to gather a base for how I'll begin making the maximums so as not to limit early creativity.
