I have both terrible news, and good news alike to share with the forum. I also see it fitting to do so since our guild leader request our posts focus more on animals and get back to topic. I respect this wish.
During my last three weeks in Salem, I was unfortunately informed of the death of my long time companion Oreo; a cat whom I've had for probably at least fifteen years. His suffering ended, along with his battle of a heart murmur and the AIDS equivalency. Believe me when I say that he is sorely missed. However, just days ago my mom had told me when I was speaking to her that she had adopted a new kitten, which we have named Caramello (said car-mellow). Apparently it had surfaced from beneath her porch one day, covered in motor oil and looking a little grim. I should like to report that Caramello is now clean and doing very well; even more so lively and bossy than kittens should be! He has yet to settle in with her other cats Butterscotch, the old man, Tux, the b*h and Fred and Willy, the brother sister duo. Observing it all is Scooter, her chihuahua.
Of course that's not all, she takes care of several "strays" out back of her house too. Much like her, I've got a large heart for animals and help when I can. It's odd, I cry more over animals dying than I do most humans. As well, I have more respect for them. But anyways, I thought to report all of this to you to help stay on topic, even if it's not exactly dealing with wolves.
