Personality: A charming man, who is very smart and knows how to fool cops and criminals. Is caring dispite being one of the most wanted and doesn't like to carry a gun.
Bio: Neal Caffery is a white collar criminal, and a very good one. He has a girlfriend named Kate Moreau whom he will do anything for. He is arrested twice by FBI agent Peter Burke, and after he escapes a 3rd time to try and find Kate, Neal is looking at a 4 year sentence. Since losing Kate, Neal feels like he has nothing to lose until Peter comes to see him for help in a case that is proving to be very difficult for him. Neal then offers Peter a deal; The deal is that Neal becomes Peter's C.I. (Confidential Informant) and has to wear a tracking anklet instead of sitting in prison for 4 years. Peter apprehensively agrees mostly since the worst case scenario is that if Neal renigs on the deal, he goes back to prison. Neal is very savvy in the criminal world, and can spot a forgery from a mile away and is a very good con-artist. His best friend, Mozzie also helps Neal and Peter with their cases from behind the scenes, especially since he doesn't trust the FBI.
