The Rulebook

1. ANYONE may participate, regardless of number of gems or experience in thread.
2. RP in any sort of form would LOVED by me and Sola |3
3. The unwritten rules and Gaia's TOS. Use some common sense here folks.
4. Semi-literacy. We're not expecting Shakespeare, but seeing one liners or txt talk is just irritable. Please.
5. Be creative and have fun with the prompts <3
6. Feel free to edit your entries as much as you like until the end date.
7. End date time is unspecified, but expect me or Sola to close it around noon that day.

Cat vs. Koi vs. Demons vs. Foreigner
Mom and Dad
Despite some rough kinks in the beginnings of their relationship, Nari and Jeri have both found how to love one another and chose to start a family together. Their deep, bitter history is long left behind for the better of their new love and family, and they can't wait to get started.
Jericho, your demon, wingless father who has abit of a temper and is very protective of his new family. He's rather submissive toward Runari (probably because she's just that scary), but has a stubborn streak and is very aggressive toward anyone who threaten the people he's come close to. He can be abit narrow minded, but grows to understand and has a very loving demeanor around those he cares about. Jericho is played by Sola.
Runari, your hyperactive, sweetie of a mother who's slightly insane and maybe just alittle bit on the crazy side, but that's your call really considering the rest of the family. She's abit strict (and can get scary) when it comes to behavior and well-being, but is very kind and loving, and always ready to help. She gets excited really easy and has no hesitation to express it, and has an infinite capacity for love to her family and friends. Runari is played by Shirou.
 
Your Older Twin Brothers
Your sweet twin brothers who look over you as their younger sister. They are very attached to one another, and likely always will be, but that doesn't mean they'd exclude their little sis from their relationship. They both love you, and will go to any bounds to prove it.
Nathaniel, otherwise known as Nathan or Nate, and your eldest brother, twin to little Ethan, whom he's very aggressively protective of, like he is you. He's outgoing and strong, self assured and confident in what he does, carrying through with what he thinks is right. He can be abit slow, but he will always stand up for you and your brother. Nathaniel is played by Sola.
Ethan, your shy, adorable brother who's latched onto Nathan for support and can be very clingy and nervous. He doesn't like attention, unless its from Nate, and is very sensitive to other people's feelings, particularily about him. He's very kind though, and sweet, and will do everything he can to help his family, in his own quiet, subtle way. Ethan is played by Shirou.
Your Extended Family
Jiang, your eldest uncle, and his lover Zelos, who changed the formerly snobby and hard hearted koi fish into the nicer, sweet critter he is now. Jiang is alittle wary of others at first, but can foster relationships easier now thanks to spunky, overzealous, cheerbomb Zelos. Zelos is a happy-go-lucky, optimistic critter whose persistence broke past your stubborn uncle and brought them together. They are very devoted to one another, and also seek a family, and a foreigner from up north named Zyanya came forth to aid them. A quiet female with a curious streak, and a kind, though perhaps mysterious air around her, she has volunteered to be Jiang and Zelos' donor, after they all find a cure for her genetic disease. Jiang is played by Sola. Zelos and Zyanya are played by Shirou.
Kaito, the twin to Jiang, and his cat lover Julian, have also brought about a warm, loving relationship. The first pair whom got together, Kaito taught Julian how to believe in himself, and his constant caring personality showed the cat how to accept his own faults and feel real. They've long had a deep relationship filled with twists and turns, and have built a strong bond together after it all. Both Kaito and Julian are very warm and nice uncles, though Julian tends to be alot more skittish and panick prone than Kaito, who is the stronger in will and endurance. A young friend, Veronica, otherwise known as Ronnie, has taken a liking to the pair, and the loud, excited, cheery feline critter enjoys her new friendship with them. She too has volunteered to later become your uncle's donor once she settles her travels. Kaito is played by Sola. Julian and Veronica are played by Shirou.

A Gem Without A Name Your Prize
The youngest daughter of this little triplet, who happens to be also the oddball out in the twin thing going on between Nate and Ethan, though she certainly would not be excluded from their little world together <3. This little gem is going to be the one you all shall be writing for! She seems to be a little more mixed between her parents than her brothers, but there's no knowing what this girl will grow up to be.

Hint: Runari's name is made up, but she is japanese and chinese. Jericho's name is from a biblical, ancient hebrew origin, and is the anme of a town in Israel. Nathaniel is english and a variant of the biblical name Nathanael, but he is also called Nathan and Nate much more than his full name. Ethan is english, hebrew, french and biblical, and means "solid" or "enduring" in Hebrew.

Number of Gems: Um..... Four? I think. I'm not exactly sure what happened with my most recent.
Gem Name: Abigail
Name Meaning: "My father is joy" (Hebrew origins with Biblical meaning)
Personality: Abigail has a hard time making up her mind, and sometimes, she's very insecure about the conclusions she comes to. She loves her brothers, and likes that Nathan tries to protect her, but she feels like she should be the one to take care of herself. Her father is her idol, and every time she doubts herself, she tries to pick herself up and be tough like him. Abby is stubborn once she's made up her mind, and if anyone tries to change it, well they better be ready for a fight.

Response: I...I know my brothers love me....They do, don't they? YES! They have to! Daddy wouldn't like it if we didn't get along... So I have to be strong and sure, I have to make them realize I'm just like them.... But I'm not, am I? Oh.... I wish I was a boy so this was easier... A boy Daddy could be proud of... I feel like I'm wrong... I look different, feel different, act different! Nathan wants to protect me, but I want to be able to protect myself... Is that so wrong? Maybe I should ask Daddy... Or maybe he'll be busy with the boys and Momma will expect me to ask her for advice.... W-Wait.... N-No! I'm going to ask Daddy! Why wasn't I a boy when everyone else is....? Uncle Jiang, Uncle Kaito, even their mates are males! And I'm just the little girl.... They'll never think I'm tough.... But I'll prove it to them! Name Meaning: Made it up
Personality: well being raised with three other boys, she's like one of them. Rough and tumble, and doesn't mind getting dirt under her claws, or mud all over her. She's protective, and also loves to get into trouble, her inquisitive and curious nature leading her to that.
Prompt Number: 3
Response: She wiggled her tail, wings splayed slightly beside her as her haunches moved. As her prey came closer, she couldn't help but wiggle her back legs, and then pounced. Hi-yah! The lizard made a run for it, and she was in hot pursuit, when it made it's way under a rock, she slid, misjudging her stop and slid into the rock as well, sliding it. With it's cover blown, the lizard made another run for it, and forgetting her skinned knees, she went running again, laughing gleefully as she chased her prey. When it managed to hide under a more solid object, she camped by the hole it ran into, occasionally pawing at it to try and scare her prey out, not seeing it escape from another hole farther away.
When it didn't come out after a while, she headed home, with her tail flagged, grinning when she came in view of her brothers. Her hunt had been unsuccessful, but fun. When she was close enough, she moved to pounce them, rolling and laughing with mirth as she batted at them. Next time, she would have to bring them along on her hunt. But at least she'd learned where to find some good lizard holes to watch.
