As soon as a party is launched, it takes so damn long for the announcement to show up, the event ends something like 12 hours after it shows with an announcement on my gaia page.

I was online at GMT then, which is what i have the site time set to. so why has it only shown up now in my notices? Sun nov 7 2010 09:14 it is now. Naturally, it's all over. I feel as if I'm ignoring everyone as timezones and gaia pushes me out of sync. ;3;
I hate you gaia! How can I meet up with timezones and announcements out of whack? I don't have the time to stalk the guild every hour for an announcement D:
Maybe having "all weekend" events from friday to sunday would give all timezones a chance to participate at anytime (and it wouldn't matter if my notices lagged a day as it'd still be on) - in theory there'd be a small group at one place at most times! After all, I'm sure on some days people have to work (like me) and may miss an awesome theme idea.... (I wish I was at the funeral one last night. )
Because the best parties don't last just one night.
