The Scientific Experiment
Mori was in his studio/study, beginning a new Still Life, which was starting out as a vase of white lilies, but was quickly turning into a vase of white and red lilies with a dark background of intimidating hands reaching out to grab them. "I'm not sure I like where this is going..." He muttered to himself, examining the canvas as he had drawn on so far. The art was reflecting his mood. Mori was feeling trapped. He wanted to leave, but he didn't know where to go. He had thought about visiting Alli and Alika, but he figured they were out exploring or something close to that that Alika would drag Alli into. And so the boy was stuck in his quiet dorm room, all alone.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door! Mori dropped his pencil from surprise but was quickly filled with excitement. Maybe it was his new roommate? He nearly skipped to the door, only to open it and find Alika. Not who he was expecting at all. His smile faltered, and it turned into his usual, calm look. "Hello, Alika. How are you?" He greeted his best friend.

"Hi!" Alika greeted her friend, walking inside with out permission. She took her shoes off and immediately collapsed onto the couch. "So, what's up?" I was just wandering and I decided to drop by. I don't really know where Alli is. She disappeared after we finished unpacking. Are you finished unpacking? I hope you are! 'Cause I think we should go somewhere! Or do some exploring! Get to know the place a little better. It's so much better than the lab, don't you agree?" Alika rambled, not even noticing that she was doing so.

Madoka hummed, looking around. He blinked, seeing what was meant to be his dorm. That weird, mixed up aura. Could it be....the people from the beach? Normally he'd barge in but for once Madoka was polite, knocking on the door.
