These falls were originally the Drakoi's territory. Since Irai's actions, their numbers have dwindled and they have been forced to abandon much of their territory. This is now an interestingly popular place to go. The falls are very tall and it would not be good if anyone fell off, hence only Drakoi were here.

Elena sat down on the grass in front of the waterfall leaning back sighs, feeling at peace for once.

A slim figure stood at the top of the waterfall, her face painted black from the shadows, silhouetted against the pale blue sky. Her satiny, prarie-style white dress billowed around her ankles in the wind, pale blue hair blowing out around her shoulders and cascading in a long ripple over the lines of her slender shoulders. Rachelle sat down atop a bolder, peering down at the small pond below where the waterfall eventually led into. A small smirk danced across her pale rosy lips. She dropped into a crouching posistion, tensing up slightly, and then sprung into the with her arms out. Rachelle let her body topple over the edge of the waterfall, her white dress fanning out. She closed her eyes as she felt the wind rush past the sides of her face. Rachelle hit the water with a muted splash, sinking underneath it for a moment. She kicked with her feet and pushed herself up, flipping her hair back when she broke through the water's surface.

Julian stood in the darkest part of the woods surrounding the waterfall. The shade cooled him off from the harsh sun. He saw the girl fall from the cliff and smirked, wondering if she had died. When she reappeared out of the water, he called out, "I give that a 7 out of 10."

Rachelle whipped around to confront whoever had suddenly called out to her. She swam to the edge of the pond and crawled out, silver droplets of water dripping off of her long blue hair. Rachelle smoothed out the newly created wrinkles in her damp white dress. She tilted her head up, bright silver eyes glinting from the frosty light of the sun. "Oh really? I thought I deserved better.....maybe an eight and a half, or a nine." Her voice was sarcastic, sharp, yet strangely friendly seeming at the same time. Rachelle crossed her arms and let out a quiet hmph, rolling her eyes.

"Sorry toots. You don't get a say since I'm the judge." He said in a monotone, a smile appearing across his face. She's a fiesty one...He thought

"Toots? I have a name y'know, a real name, and it happens to be Rachelle. I would prefer that you call be that instead of some silly nickname." She said, flipping her hair over one shoulder, putting her hands on her hips. "So, would you prefer that I do a flip instead?" Rachelle added, arching her eyebrows. Her smooth soprano voice was thick with sarcasm.

"All right then....Tooty Rachelle." He said, raising an eyebrow. He was enjoying himself, getting her all fired up.
"The names Julian. And I'd prefer you cool down."

"I'll cool down when I feel like it." She said with a small shrug and rolled her eyes. "And I would still prefer getting a better score. Sevens are just too average for my standards." Rachelle continued, a small smirk dancing across the defined features of her face.

Julian's eyes flashed and turned a cold blue, like the color of blue glacier bears. "Or maybe it's because you think it's too average. But, i gave you an average score because you're quite the average girl. So, don't think too highly of yourself." He said, and smirked.

"Average." She muttered under her breath, the smirk vanishing from across her face as if it had never existed at all. The thing that seemed to get on her nerves the most was being called average. Rachelle was the type of person who liked to stand out, to not be considered ordinary. She glared up at him through a set of narrowed silver eyes, lightly biting her lower lip, as if trying to hold back from saying all the harsh rebukes that she could have come up with.

He glanced up at her for an instant, "What?" He asked, and his eyes flashed for a millisecond.
Then in an instant he was standing in front of her, "you don't like being called average, hmm?" He whispered into her ear and his eyes turned a devious dark green.

Rachelle stood perfectly still for a moment, and found herself staring directly into his eyes, picking up on the fact that they seemed to change colors. Although her staring was most likely related to a glare. "Of course I don't like being called average!" Rachelle said, tossing her head back. "And why do your eyes change colors?" She questionned demandingly, while lightly tapping the bottom of her foot against the ground.

Julian smirked again and pulled away from her. "They change colors.......because I'm not average." He was enjoying the fact that she was getting annoyed.
