well I'll tell you.

Round 1: Entries
Firstly, I need entries. go out to youtube and find local bands doing their thing. It can't be a band with a record deal. It has to be stuff done by a band nobody has heard of. (It's ok if they're doing a known song). post a link to the video.

For example, Metallica would be out, but some garage band doing a Metallica song would be ok.

NOTICE i said youtube VIDEO. I don't want a youtube with nothing but the song, or maybe its got pictures.. NO!!! It needs to be a youtube with full motion video, preferably of the artist performing.

Yes, I'm bribing you, each accepted entry will be rewarded with 1k (maximium 5 entries per person). Keep in mind, if you send me stuff I can't use, you don't get paid. I'll give you a week from today, 2 weeks if you really need it. BTW, I need to see at least 50 accepted entries before I'll allow the grand prize to be given away, so get everyone you can in on this. Spam the towns if you need to.

Oh ya... to participate, you gotta be a Music Rocks member, so if you aren't a member of Music Rocks yet, join up.

Round 2: voting
We need to get the entries cut down to 10 finalists. At the end of the week, I'll set up polls where you can vote on your favorite 10 videos. If I can, I'll bribe you for voting too, but I'm not sure if I will be able to or not. I'll give the finalists some kind of 'pat you on the back' prize. From there we go into round 3.

Round 3: RAWR Event: Killer Rave Party
heh... need I say more. Ok, I will. If you've been to one of our VJ parties then you've seen 50 people packed in at once, suffocating for air, throwing popcorn all over, dancing on the screen, pure RAWR insanity.... If you haven't, then your about to. The 10 finalist videos will be providing the music for over 1500 people who will be invited to the party. Having your video seen by several thousand people should be pretty cool right there.

Of course, Music Rocks members will be invited to our party too.

Round 4: Choose the Grand-Prize Winner
After everyone has had a chance to see the videos at the rave party, another poll will be set up where everyone can select their favorite video. Whoever submitted the link for the peoples favorite video wins the grand prize of 1 million gold.
