Detailed History: Tomo's powers developed when he was fourteen, by then he had figured out his parents weren't human, they were dragon shifiters. And now he was one.
The first time he changed was awful. Tomo was in public with his longtime girlfriend Serah when she was attacked and killed by a light guardian. Rage took over and Tomo exploded. Where he once stood now was a marvelous dragon. Tears seemed to never end as he took Serah's killers lives. By doing so, Tomo became a dark guardian.
It took Tomo two years to calm down enough to change back. When he did, he went home, still broken hearted, only to find his parents dead. Both had been killed by the government. The only thing they left for him was a letter stating he should find the island and stay there.
Tomo didn't. He wouldn't leave his home. Instead, he trained himself as a dragon, learning to master his true nature.
Tomo never uses guns, swords or any man made weapons because they were used to kill Serah and his family.
After mastering his powers, Tomo was exhausted emotionally and physically. He realized he was just a kid against the world, an outcast. Tomo gave up. At the edge of a cliff he decided to jump. Falling, falling. But he never seemed to hit the ground. Opening his eyes, he realized he didn't know where he was. The smell of the ocean clung to his clothes. Feeling around he grasped a necklace. Tears overflowed. Screams escaped. Smelling the air Tomo knew this wasn't a miracle. He knew where he was and why.Outcast island....Serah....
