Well, we have been having a shortage of Captains, (Maybe because I stripped a majority of them of their position biggrin ) but, if you think you have what it takes to be one, this is your spot.
We are watching you! We will strip you of your position. Three strikes and you will be demoted.
If we don't see you improving within 3 chances, you're out.
If you want to be the Master of Hueco Mundo, Vizard, Bount or Ryoka leader this is also your place!
I will be looking over your applications and No PMs to anyone, being a "Tattle" and telling them I'm being unfair.
I am pretty strict about what I look for in a "Higher Position."

Fine! This is a role play sample from another one of my guilds. Quote: "Cheers to our brave fallen, who are feasting a thousand times more grander in Valhalla! The goddess of victory is waving her panties at you!" Thor Ruby Kingsman shouted, bring his cup high as laughs erupted. He, along with everyone else, including the women, drank and emptied their cups. Thor then stepped down from the podium and joined his subordinates in sharing knee-slapping jokes as all the Redcoat soldiers feasted. Some were standing outside as guards, though.Zhou Lixiu and Jorzhe Taketa made their way to where Rajeiia de La Fenice was standing, dressed in an Imperial German-styled military officer's uniform. "The ceasefire is rather short, isn't it? It ends tomorrow evening, during Halloween. Enjoy pumpkin pie with whip cream while you can," Zhou sighed, delicately eating a slice of pie."It's the best we can afford for our tired men. I believe the Bluecoats are suffering more than we are, though. Still, they are a tough force to be reckoned with," Jorzhe commented, drinking a bit of soda and eating some sweets.Rajeiia nodded, gently sipping some Sprite soda. He watched over the feast from the side of a large longhouse, large enough to hold most of the soldiers. A phoenix symbol was stitched into the front of his uniform. "True. I have a plan for tomorrow, although for today rest and celebrate... and feel free to dress up." He looked to Zhou, who rolled her eyes and walked away, blushing a little.

Roleplay Sample:
Running around with In the soul society could be confirmed threw multiple, heavy, and winded footsteps crashing Into the ground. Something was happening at the moment but Ike himself has not received any orders to even gather information about the current situation. He sojourned at his post until he some kind of Information had been received. He was only seated at the third spot for the moment so until the Taichou or Fukutaichou gave him orders he would not be doing anything unless it involved the seated officers below him.
Ike sat calm with a smile on his face which was common for him. Though, if you didn't know him, that smile might come off as sneaky actually. How could you trust a person that was always happy? Maybe they should have got him to play In the Brady Bunch show. Nonetheless, people seem to appreciate his good nature so It wasn't a problem for anyone. All that would come to an end rather shortly when a loud explosion was heard outside of the south gates. The smile never abolished from his face but with a quirk of the eyebrow It was evident that It had his attention. He stood leisurely and he made his way to the entrance of the south gates and there were his friends, and seated officers before him lying on the ground.
They all seemed to be dead but one and he himself was hanging on for his dear life. Blood seemed to be erupting from his mouth like a volcano ready to explode, like a geyser ready to blow its top. For him, death seems to almost be asseverated. Ike looked down at the wound on his stomach and ripped off a piece of his shinigami robe and tied the wound making it tight but not tight to the point where he could not breath.
" I......IK......IKE, Get the hell out of here. Ar..ran...car....."
Ike looked at him with a smile."Don't speak to much my friend. Everything will be OK." A calm voice whispered from Ike. He was trying to reassure the man that everything would be alright. Weather that was a lie to ease his pain, to calm, or just because he really thought it was about to be found out. A low growl could be heard to the far right.
"Grrrrrr, you lie to your friend. You shouldn't tell him things that are not true, kid. Let's hope you put up more of a challenge then these other weaklings. I EXPLODED them all in one shot. So let’s see if you’re capable of holding out longer than them."
Ike turned to look and there he saw It. White, pale looking skin with streaks of red going over his chiseled body. This Arrancar he thought was in perfect tip-top shape. His height could be labeled as about seven feet so he looked like a giant compared to Ike. Ike's eyes drifted upward to get a appearance at the Arrancar's face. Humanoid features Is what he appeared to have, a fat nose, dragon like bridgework that look capable of biting easily threw Ike's flesh, devil like oculus that seemed intent on giving Ike a glare that would strike fear Into any normal person, and long, scarlet locks that trailed across the ground.
As menacing as this Arrancar looked Ike stood and something begin to play threw his mind, "I EXPLODED them all In one shot", this meant that he had some kind of fulmination ability that he assumed could be triggered at will so a close up battle was going to be suicide. He didn't have to win this fight so all he had to do was stall out. So words finally exited Ike's mouth. They weren't words of anger or of any kind of response to the arrancar but words of preparation for this upcoming battle. His sword and sheath was taken off of his back and the sword was unsheathed quickly. The hilt was slammed into the sheath and he bellowed out, "Ignite, Buru-Kasai!"
Wind exploded and cracked the ground from underneath Ike and his sword extended to a double blade sword, the steel from the sword was completely as If it was trying to match Itself with the wind. The Arrancar wasted no time dashing forward and it easily proved that he was far faster than Ike but Ike Indeed was used to speedy opponents. That’s what he excelled at! The Arrancar appeared behind him with a slash in which Ike reacted by placed the sword behind his back and blocking. The strike was fierce and enough to push the dull part of Ike's sword to his back. Though a charging noise could be heard resonating threw the entire body of the Arrancar. This was Ike's chance. He grasped his double bladed sword tightly with a sly smile on his face,"Super Flame Bullets"!!!!" his own sword immediately was swung and In the position they were In there was no chance of dodging and Pie released a rather sharp cutting almost searing threw the Arrancars Hierro If not for the tilt of his upper body. Though, the force sent him flying backward. The Arrancar eyes widened as his blood spilled In a sharp line from where Ike stood moving his blade In a circular motion and preparing to strike again, to where the Arrancar's body slide and made a sudden halt. Ike stopped and smiled at the Arrancar not making another move.
Like his plan was before. He was not here to try and kill this arrancar but more or less stall so information could be gathered and reinforcements could come. So he stayed in his fighter position with his double bladed sword held firmly In front of his upper torso. The Arrancar smirked and laughed." That was your chance to strike again child. Why are you stalling? Trying to buy time for reinforcements or your Taichou to show up? Well let’s speed things up then ." With a raise of his hands and a snap of his finger, that blood that lay before Ike was exploded instantly. Not even enough time to react. Ike's body was seen flying backward and he slammed on the ground hard. The explosion came from below so it wasn't a direct contact; it was just the force of the explosion that hit him.
He twirled and rolled on the ground until he slammed his sword in the ground to stop his movement. The instant he lifted his head then blood poured from a gash on the side of his right temple. Well Ike's thoughts were correct but not one hundred percent accurate. He could ignite his blood as well? Ike laughed because stalling was out of the question. Now it was going to be a fight of survival, life or death. He looked over to the arrancar who was grinning and Ike smiled standing up coughing out a phrase,” That really hurt Arrancar but I'm not dead yet. He he!" The arrancar couldn’t believe that this little brat was even still alive after the damage he had suffered. What was this? Could he possibly be capable of fighting on the same level as him? Well the kid was really about to find out because this arrancar was tired of playing games.
The arrancar smirked and showed the number seven on his shoulder. This wasn’t your normal arrancar. He was an espada member.” Retract thy blood, Kosenbo.” The espada member’s blood would explode out of his body and it would appear that he died. That certainly wasn’t the case. This was simply his grotesque release form. The bloody quickly reform itself together into an image that Ike would never forget. White, dense armor, horns that appeared to be that of a devil, fangs that resembled a shark at it’s prime, claws that would put a werewolf to shame, but what stood out the most was the disgusting visual reality that Ike could clearly see. This so called blood could be seen going threw each and every crevice of that armor. Ike took a step back with squinted eyes. This was the first time his smile had not been present. It was more or less fear framing his face now. The arrancar could feel the fear so he decided to make his presence a bit more eerie. His voice came off dark and satanic, “ I can smell every ounce of your blood. Its racing threw your body so fast. Are you scared stupid boy? You should be."
Before Ike could even react the arrancar obviously used sonido and his teeth were inches away from Ike’s neck. With in a seconds due time they were sinking into his flesh acting as if they were trying to tear away at the gristle. Ike let out a high pitched agonizing scream. His blood was being drained from his body like a kid sucking away the last contents of juice out of there cup. The arrancar chuckled in between sucking and disgustingly licking his blood from his torn flesh. Things looked as though Ike was going to be killed today. Then words that Ike would praise god for if he survived this battle, “die and resurrect even stronger, FLAME!”An immense heat could be felt immediately scorching the arrancars body in which Ike fell out of his teeth like how meat falls from a lion’s mouth after tearing into flesh and getting his full serving. He turned to see one angry male captain with red hair flying upward as if his reiatsu itself fear him. To bad this arrancar picked the wrong little brother to feed on because his opponent was none other.

I really don't question your roleplay skills either... >.< I deny this. You haven't been active. I KNOW you haven't been active. Your roleplay skills are admirable, but, if you aren't willing to dedicate yourself to this guild, you aren't ready for the position.

He peered into the darkness and started to tremble all over then started to back away slowly. The Soul Reaper fell to his knees as he broke out in a cold sweat. He screamed into the darkness as if he was hoping nothing would answer. "WHO ARE YOU!!!!!" his voice cracked, yet another giggle echoed through the hall once more, More high pitched as if he was enjoing what he heard from the soul reaper's mouth. Finally a figure from behind the soul reaper apperead. It looked like a little kid who's white hair had so much luminosity it could be compared with the stars. He reached the soul reaper's ear without detection. "I'm your worst nightmare...tehe." "WHAT THE.." The soul reaper turned around to late, his scream echoed the school. The white hair kid giggled some more as the pool of blood surrounded him and that corpse that laid motionless. He turned away and started to walk away and was being shrounded by darkness as the pool of blood got bigger and bigger. (THIS IS ME BEING AN ARRANCAR)

I do not think your roleplay is at the level of what a Captain's should be. Maybe after I see some improvement, I will rethink my decision, but for the time being, you are not of captain level.
